The purpose of this study is to find out the problems faced by secondary school students in reading with correct pronunciation and their reasons, and to improve the students' ability to read with correct pronunciation through Powtoon application. This study used only qualitative method. This study was conducted in a secondary school in Sungkai district of Perak state. For this study, ten secondary students were selected by the researcher and among them the students were subjected to the study and ten students were controlled. In this study observation, pre-test and interview methods were used to collect data. The researcher conducted activities for the students with the help of Powtoon application for five weeks to improve their reading ability with correct pronunciation. The purpose of this research study was to find out how group work enhances students’ participation in literature activities in an ESL classroom as well as the students’ views on the use of group work in literature activities in an ESL classroom. This study was carried out in a secondary school in Machang, Kelantan using an action research approach. 21 students took part in this study. As for the data collection instruments, classroom observation recording, classroom observation checklist and questionnaire were used. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membina dan menilai kesan pembelajaran secara flipped classroom terhadap tahap motivasi, penglibatan dan pencapaian pelajar dalam topik perakaunan pengurusan. Rancangan instruksional dibina berdasarkan pengintegrasian pendekatan flipped classroom dan first principle of instruction. Kandungan dan aktiviti-aktiviti pembelajaran dibina berdasarkan kepada Spesifikasi Kurikulum Bahagian Matrikulasi, Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia dan merangkumi empat topik perakaunan pengurusan: Manufacturing Overhead, Job Order Costing, Process Costing dan Absorption Costing and Marginal Costing. This research study aimed to determine Year Three students’ attitude towards music learning in Chinese national-type primary schools, Gerik Perak. A sample of 54 primary school children aged nine with 22 boys (40.74%) and 32 girls (59.26%) involved in this research study completed a questionnaire with a 4-point Likert scale through pre-test and post-test. The Tripartite model with the affective, behaviour, and cognitive components acted as a framework to determine participants’ attitude towards music learning with five aspects of self-confidence, music anxiety, enjoyment of music, intrinsic motivation, and perceived usefulness. The data were collected and analysed using descriptive statistics of mean, standard deviation, and Cohen’s d. Results revealed that the participants were at a high level of self-confidence towards music learning during the pre-test (μ=3.04) and a slight decrease during post-test (μ=2.98). Kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesan penggunaan Modul Spreadsheet Belanjawan sebagai moderator terhadap hubungan kecekapan komputer kendiri dengan pencapaian akademik dan minat pelajar Jurusan Perakaunan di Kolej Matrikulasi. Reka bentuk utama yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen. Populasi kajian adalah terdiri daripada semua pelajar kursus Perakaunan semester dua di Kolej Matrikulasi Pahang. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the transparency and commitment of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices and job performance. The study also aimed to examine the mediating role of working engagement in the relationship between the transparency and commitment of HRM practices and performance, in the context of the Iraqi banks industry. This quantitative study utilized the explanatory research design. Using random sampling techniques and proportionate sampling, a set of questionnaires was used to collect the required data from employees in three banks in Iraq. The purpose of this study is to analyse the relationship between ATPI and Accounting Teacher Performance (ATP) mediated by Teacher’s Work Engagement (TWE) in Central Java, Indonesia. Questionnaires were used to analyse the relationship and data were obtained from 150 (EFA analysis) and 351 (SEM analysis) accounting teachers. Relied on the identity theory, The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique was utilized to perform construct validity, reliability, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factory analysis (CFA), and the relation among variables.
