This study investigates training and supervision as predictors of business teachers’ job performance in Nigerian public secondary schools. A survey research design is adopted for the study. The population consists of 1,500 business-related subject teachers from four states in Nigeria’s North Central Geo-Political Zone. 550 samples are purposely selected as the respondents from 20 schools. A structured questionnaire is used to collect relevant data from the respondents. Three experts from the Department of Business Education, Kwara State University, validated the questionnaire. The reliability coefficient of 0.71 was obtained through a split-half method. The hypotheses generated were tested using correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results show a strong correlation between training and teachers’ job performance (r = .786) but a very low correlation between supervision and teachers’ job performance (r = .089). Pay administration is one of the most important functions in the organisational administration domain. Contemporary research shows that the capability of an organisation’s administrator to share the information about pay administration, encourage employees’ engagement in pay administration, and enforce good performance evaluation may have a positive and significant influence on employees’ commitment toward the organisation. However, there is a limited explanation about the importance of pay administration as an important factor in the organisational pay administration domain. This study is performed to analyse the importance and performance of each element in pay administration towards employee commitment. This paper examines the need analysis of tax education for non-accounting program by identifying an area of preference in taxation, tax knowledge, tax policy, tax rules and regulation, tax culture and the instructional method of teaching. Questionnaires were administered to 1,200 undergraduates of non-accounting programmes in Nigerian private and public universities. Data were analyses using SPSS to obtain descriptive statistics and one sample t-test results. Based on the survey, the respondents indicated that the introduction of tax education to non-accounting programmes in Nigerian universities is important and relevant to the development of the nation. It also revealed that tax policy, tax rules and regulation together with tax culture for individuals are the preferred tax areas that undergraduates want to understand. Tujuan kajian ini ialah untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan projek terhadap Kemahiran Berfikir Aras Tinggi (KBAT) kanak-kanak prasekolah berdasarkan empat tahap pemikiran kemahiran berfikir aras tinggi iaitu mengaplikasi, menganalisis, menilai dan mencipta. Kajian ini dijalankan menggunakan kaedah persampelan bertujuan dalam menentukan responden yang bersesuaian di mana seorang guru berserta 13 orang kanak-kanak di sebuah prasekolah swasta di negeri Perak dipilih. Kajian kualitatif ini menggunakan reka bentuk kajian kes. Data kajian diperoleh menerusi pemerhatian, dokumen, temu bual terhadap peserta kajian. Data dianalisis menggunakan kaedah analisis naratif dan analisis kandungan. An entrepreneurial mindset is a key factor in bridging the skill gaps. This study examines the relationship between positive mental attitude, creativity, self-confidence, and bridging skill gaps in Nigeria. A sample of 248 business education students was selected for the study. Data are collected using the “Entrepreneurial Mindset and Bridging of Skill Gaps Questionnaire” (EMBSGQ). Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis have been used to test the hypotheses. The findings show that positive mental attitude, creativity, and selfconfidence significantly correlate and influence skill gaps. Therefore, it is recommended that lecturers continue to impact the habit of positive mental attitude skills in the mind of the students and make it become part of their attitude before going out into the labour market. Also, creativity must be a learning objective in the academic curriculum to encourage the students to establish new innovative skills in runnin.....

This research is conducted to identify the significance of the Malaysian Football Coaching Process Model development in the Malaysian coaching context that describes the key themes from Malaysian State Sports School coaches. This model was based on the Effective Coaching Model Cote and Gilbert adaptation and validated Cohen's Kappa agreement coefficient. The similarities and differences of the current finding's development themes compared with Cote and Gilbert Effective Coaching model were also studied. Qualitative approaches using Evolve Grounded Theory as a methodological framework. Kajian ini bertujuan menentukan kesan penggunaan Strategi Pengajaran Resiprokal (SPR) terhadap kemahiran penyelesaian masalah, minat dan kebimbangan murid terhadap matematik. Reka bentuk eksperimen kuasi digunakan dalam kajian ini. Sampel kajian ini melibatkan murid-murid dari sebuah Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina iaitu seramai 64 orang murid Tahun Empat. Sebanyak 32 orang murid dalam kumpulan rawatan diajar menggunakan SPR dan 32 orang murid dalam kumpulan kawalan diajar menggunakan teknik konvensional. Kajian ini melibatkan teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif secara ujian pra, ujian pertengahan, ujian pos dan soal selidik. One of todays most hotly debated issues is whether female college students can become successful entrepreneurs in today's global economy. Fierce competition between job applicants in today’s developing economy challenged many female graduates despite their aim to secure jobs, leading to entrepreneurship as an immediate solution. Entrepreneurship intentions of students have been linked to future entrepreneurial behavior, according to some research. Therefore, this article investigates the factors that contribute to the entrepreneurial intentions of female students at UiTM Dungun. The study utilizes the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). This study is carried out to investigate professional competence among graduates of the Office Technology and Management programme as appraised by their direct supervisors. The study employs a survey design. Thirty-six (36) executives, consisting of eight females and twenty-eight males, of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree having the targeted graduates, who are attached to them, form the population of the study. No sampling is made as the population is of manageable size. A self-developed questionnaire is the research instrument used for data collection. Experts in the field validate the research instrument. The split-half method is used to test the reliability of the instrument using ten executives from another institution, which is not part of the study population.
