3681 | 2021 article | Special policy implementation 1983-2018: implications on the economic growth and people of Malaysia Ishak Saat This article aims to look at the implications of the Privatization Policy introduced by the former Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad in the country from 1983 to 2018 in terms of the positive and negative implications towards the economy and the people of the country. The time taken is to see how effective this policy is in the 35 years of its implementation. The policy was introduced in 1983 and continues to be implemented today as it benefits outweighs the negative impact on the nation and the people. In general, the introduction of the Privatization Policy has also served to reduce the government's financial burden especially when the country is in an economic downturn, improve efficiency and diversification of revenue, encourage economic growth, efficient resource allocation and accelerate the achievement of the New Economic Policy (NEP). 3682 | 2021 article | Resilience in sports: a qualitative discussion on risk factors and protective factors among performance development (Pd) athletes Nur Haziyanti Mohamad Khalid Athletes who reach a developed performance level, faced various challenges and difficulties, but they are still able to remain resilient. This study was conducted to explore the aspects of resilience among athletes within Performance Development (PD) category. Focused group discussions using semi-structured interview based on Multilevel Classification System for Sport Psychology (MCS-SP) model were conducted on 20 Perak state athletes who were undergoing Malaysia Sports Game 2021 (SUKMA) preparation program. The results of the study found five themes related to risk factors faced by athletes in maintaining developing performance such as performance, change, behavior, psychology and interpersonal issues. The study suggested that acceptance and commitment as part of psychological protective factors that help athletes maintain resilience. The study also produced a model of resilience among PD athletes which can be used as a reference in sports training programs.

3683 | 2021 article | Relationship between mental health literacy and help seeking behavior among undergraduate students Perveen, Asma The aim of the study is to identify the level of mental health literacy among undergraduate students to explore the relationship between mental health literacy and help seeking behavior among UPSI students and to identify the significant difference in mental health literacy score for students who have encountered people with mental health disorders. The study adapted cross-sectional quantitative survey design. Mental Health Literacy Scale (MHLS) and General Help-Seeking Questionnaire are used in this study. N=130 UPSI students (n=25 male, n=105 female) completed the online survey which measure multiple dimensions of mental health literacy and help seeking behavior. The level of mental health literacy of undergraduate students was measured through the mean score of the MHLS. Result revealed a mean score of the MHLS obtained from the sample is (M=117.97, SD=14.62). This score is lower as compared to previous studies using the same scale. In Malaysia, family financial management modules are also included in marriage courses. This study was conducted to explain the problems of family financial management's benefits in the pre-marriage course module in Malaysia and to identify the theory of maslahah and family financial management benefits by using a qualitative approach then will be analyzed through descriptive analysis methods. The findings show that the family's financial management in the pre-marriage course has several benefits. It becomes a dharuriyyat need or a fundamental need to maintaining the property. 3687 | 2021 article | What keep you loyal to your telecommunication services provider? Nallaluthan, Kesavan Fierce rivalry among the major players in the Malaysian telecommunications industry was evident despite tremendous growth in recent years. This competitive environment was driven by fluctuating consumer brand loyalty which has become a major concern. Hence, this study examined the factors that influence brand loyalty in the telecommunications industry which includes corporate image, confidence, service efficiency, and switching costs, as well as the importance of these factors. The study employed a quantitative research method and a structured questionnaire was used to collect the data. 249 usable responses were obtained and the data were analyzed using SPSS. The results indicated that corporate image and trust were significant while service quality was marginally supported. In contradiction, switching cost was insignificant in predicting customer loyalty. Trust was found to be a strong predictor of brand loyalty.

3688 | 2021 article | Creative drama as a teaching tool in the classroom Muhammad Faisal Ahmad Previous studies revealed that creative drama has its own advantage in terms of education. In this study, creative drama has been implemented to prove that it has its own role as a teaching tool in the classroom. A qualitative research design was used and data was collected from 10 children as samples in the District of Rawang, Selangor. This study used questionnaire and continuous record as instruments. The study was carried out for two weeks. In this study, the use of creative drama as a teaching tool was found to hold influence over comprehension and behaviour of children in the classroom. It can therefore be concluded that creative drama has a significant role as a teaching tool in the classroom.

3690 | 2021 article | The judicial interpretation of Syariah and civil court for Non-Muslim transgender Hazhari Ismail The life of non-Muslim transgender is influenced by the views on sexual minority act or actions of various religions. This work will examine the problems facing by transgender among Hindu and Buddhist followers in Malaysia within a civil law. On top of that, this work also examined the Muslim transgender case heard at Syariah court law. The work underlined the need for non-Muslim transgender to have the cases in the civil court. In addition, western ideologies have also motivated non-Muslim transgender to legalize transgender as a third gender identity in Malaysia. In addition, in Syariah court jurisdiction, non-Muslim transgender was not affected. This research also suggested that Article 121(1A) prevail, upholding the both Civil court and Syariah courts; two different jurisdictions. The future work will be focused on non-Muslim LGBT identities and religious beliefs.
