Introduction: Basketball was the first women's team sport, and early supporters were associated with YMCAs and universities around the country, and the sport swiftly expanded across the country. However, female basketball athletes are more likely to get an ACL injury since the majority of leaping, non-contact ACL injuries happen between 0 and 30 degrees of knee flexion. Aim: The goal of this study was to determine the level of knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours of public university female basketball athletes on ACL injury risks and prevention. Musculoskeletal pain is amongst the most prevalent health issues in today's society. University students are particularly impacted by issues brought on by musculoskeletal pain. Thus, the main aim of this study is to identify the pattern of musculoskeletal pain among public university students. A cross sectional study was carried out in public university. Participants were university students who completed structured questionnaire on the topic of musculoskeletal pain and postural awareness. The first part of the questionnaire was self-administered regarding their demographic information. The second section of the questionnaire was the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ) to determine the site of pain. The third section was Postural Awareness Scale Questionnaire (PAS) to identify their postural awareness level. The purpose of this research is to compare the static and dynamic stretching on hamstring flexibility among contact sports athletes. Twenty-six UPSI contact sports athletes age from 19 to 25 years old, while their BMI’s ranges from 17 to 30 were randomly allocated to Static Stretching (SS) (n=13) and Dynamic Stretching (DS) (n=13) groups. The subjects undergone pre-test and post-test of Active Knee Extension Test (AKE) using universal goniometer to measure their hamstring flexibility. They will follow the designed stretching protocol according to their groups accompanied with aerobic running for 3 times per week for total of 4 weeks stretching program. The data were analyzed by Paired and Independent T-test. The greater unhealthy weight may be associated with poorer fitness and lower levels of neuromuscular control including balance and coordination which could place those with elevated BMI at greater risk of injuries. Therefore, the aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the Body Mass Index (BMI) and injuries among sport science recreational badminton players. The study used descriptive research design. There are 40 sport science recreational badminton players who participated in this study. Questionnaire design by researchers was used to collect data. The results show most of the participants have normal body weight (18.5-22.9) with a percentage 65.9 % and the highest number of injuries is ankle sprain with a percentage 37%. Oleh hal yang demikian, pengkaji bersetuju untuk menjalankan sebuah kajian yang bertajuk Hubungan Antara Stigma Kendiri Dan Sikap Mahasiswa Untuk Mendapatkan Bantuan Psikologikal Di Sebuah Universiti. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengenalpasti tahap stigma dan sikap mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan bantuan psikologikal. This study was carried out specifically to identify the speaking proficiency level among the undergraduates and outline the core challenges faced by them in speaking English during their Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) study period. The study adopted a quantitative approach whereby the data were acquired through a survey method that used an adapted questionnaire as the primary instrument for its data collection. Prior to the study, the average level of English proficiency of the respondents was established through the participants’ language proficiency test scores. The document analysis of the undergraduates’ English language test grades revealed that more than 70% of ECE undergraduates; irrespective of their semesters; had scored below average grades (C+ and below) in their language proficiency. Tujuan kajian adalah untuk mengetahui kompetensi kaunselor yang menggunakan pendekatan perspektif Islam dalam kalangan kaunselor pelatih dan perkhidmatan. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan reka bentuk kajian kes untuk mengetahui kompetensi tersebut. Kaedah temubual separa berstruktur kepada tiga orang sebagai peserta kajian yang dijalankan dalam proses pengumpulan data bagi proses tersebut dilakukan. Penyelidik akan menyasarkan dalam kalangan kaunselor pelatih di UPSI yang memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditetapkan.
