Purpose of this study: This article discusses the basic principles that must be possessed by Muslim scholars to understand knowledge and its sources. The term ‘academic crime’ generally refers to the conduct of a few university lecturers, who violate the ethics and good practices of the teaching profession through the misappropriationof powers or by making false claims. However, academic crimes can also be classified as frauds in publications. Indeed, the ability to reason is one of the things that a person possesses. Nevertheless, it is not  absolute, because the Quran and hadith are on the topmost. Methodology:  This study uses the qualitative method and finds excessive rationality by the Anti-Hadith Group (AHG), leading them into a crime, i.e., rejection of the hadith as one of the sources of Islamic law. The basis of the discussion in this article is the protection of the abandoned children or foundlings (al-laq?? ) that covered aspects namely custody, maintenance as well as self-identity. The discussion of foundling’s identity is related to his/her status as a free person (not slave), religion and  lineage are based on Islamic principle that had been examined by dist inctive jurists from different school of jurisprudences. Kaedah gamifikasi digunakan sebagai satu pendekatan pendidikan untuk memberi motivasi kepada pelajar serta fokus terhadap pembelajaran dengan menggunakan unsur pemainan dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Kajian ini bertujuan mengkaji keberkesanan penggunaan gamifikasi bagi kursus berkaitan dengan alam sekitar. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Human Resource (HR) practices (training, career development, compensation and performance appraisal) and teachers' job satisfaction. Correlational method was used and data were collected by using questionnaires from teachers pursuing their studies in one of the public universities in Malaysia. Simple random sampling technique was utilized and 148 teachers were selected as the research sample. The main aim of this paper is to establish the Tamil literary sources of the Hikayat Seri Rama. Various recensions of the Hikayat Seri Rama demonstrate the close identity between one text and the other which would seem to indicate that all these texts were apparently derived from some older versions of the Rama story, which was the common source of all the recensions. Methodology: The methodology employed in this article is qualitative in nature. It is library research based on the existing published materials. Four steps of Hermeneutics approaches have been employed to produce findings which are objective in nature. This is a review of ‘An Evaluation of Teachers’ Opinions about the Servant Leadership Behaviours of School Principals’ published in Educational Process: International Journal. That article delves into how school teachers perceive the implementation of the ‘Servant Leadership Behaviours’ concept by school principals, where teachers serve under these principals’ supervision. It also identifies the level of this concept’s application in primary and secondary schools. The article has strengths and weaknesses. The concept of servant leadership by school principals is well-explained and it effectively employs methodology (snowball sampling and content analysis). It systematises data, succeeds in answering the research questions, and its references are compatible with bibliographic rules. The guided inquiry approach is an inquiry activity where problems and various questions are raised by the teacher while the student needs to initiate the findings of the item. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to know the level of knowledge and skill of managing the Islamic Education teacher towards the implementation of guided inquiry approach based on Aqidah in high school. Also, this study also identifies the relationship between the two aspects. The methodology of this study is quantitative in the survey of 108 Islamic Education teachers. The descriptive analysis was carried out that both elements of knowledge and skills in managing teachers were at high levels. Spearman's correlation inference analysis also found that the strength of the relation between the two aspects was at a moderate positive level. This article aims to verify the key factors behind the changes in small towns due to the spillover of the Klang-Langat Valley using Exploration Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) approaches. This study is based on the responses of 355 stakeholders from Hulu Selangor, Selangor, selected via random sampling. Likert scale questionnaires ranging from 1 to 5 were used to obtain feedback. Overall, the questionnaire was reliable with an Alpha Cronbach value for each construct greater than 0.7. The obtained data were processed through EFA in order to group the constructs and items for the change factor of small towns. The CFA was undertaken in order to verify the accumulated constructs based on their respective groups. The findings reveal the creation of six constructs: access (5 items), environment (5 items), security (2 items), activity (4 items), neighbourhood (2 items) and infrastructure (2 items). Kajian ini bertujuan meninjau samaada pergerakan gamifikasi atau kinaesthetic gamification (KG) boleh bantu mengurangkan masalah tingkah laku disruptif dalam kalangan kanak-kanak masalah pembelajaran (ADD/ADHD) sekolah rendah. Kajian berbentuk kuantitatif menggunakan kaedah tinjauan melalui soal selidik, temu bual dan pemerhatian dijalankan di Perak, Selangor dan Melaka. Persampelan bertujuan (purposive sampling) terdiri daripada 30 orang murid ADHD dan 30 orang guru pendidikan khas. Instrumen kajian terdiri daripada dua set soal selidik (murid ADHD dan guru), jadual pemerhatian dan temu bual berstruktur. KG ditadbir selama empat minggu. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan guru menangani masalah tingkah laku disruptif melalui pensyoran ubat-ubatan oleh ibu bapa murid dan pemberian token ekonomi. Hasil dapatan melalui pemerhatian menunjukkan tingkah laku disruptif berkurangan selepas menerima intervensi. Konsep Feminisme Talbiah adalah satu konsep yang dibangunkan bagi memperjelaskan konsep feminisme yang lebih sesuai dengan wanita Melayu Islam berbanding dengan konsep Feminisme Ginokritik. Konsep Feminisme Talbiah menggabungkan idea Ginokritik oleh Elaine Showalter dengan idea Yusuf al-Qardhawi berkait dengan kedudukan wanita dalam Islam.
