The application of computer in education has become very important and has a great impact in teaching. Students can develop their creativity and innovative strength and also becoming more skillful in using technology with more interactive and enjoyable learning environment. The main purpose of the study is to compare the using of Excel Program (interactive learning) to the traditional approach in the teaching and learning of accounting on academic performance. The study also identifies students’ perception regarding to the effectiveness of the implementation of using Excel Program (interactive learning) on students’ interest, skill and confidence on accounting subject. The method used in this study is quasi experiment involving 60 students from Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Sultanah Asma, Alor Star Kedah. The aim of this research is to survey the frequency of using laptop amongst form one teachers teaching Science in Mersing. This research has identified the basic skills needed by teachers to operate laptop, teacher’s attitude towards the laptop use in teaching and learning, problems faced by teachers while handling the laptop in the classroom and the frequency of using laptop amongst teachers in Grade A and Grade B Schools. Fifty respondents have been selected among form 1 Science teachers from 9 schools in Mersing. The research used descriptive method.. The reliability for this instrument is 0.8350 in section B, 0.6104 in section C, 0.7843 in section D and 0.7245 in section E based on a pilot study on 5 respondents. The purpose of this research is to study the relationships between extrovert-introvert personality with values and value dimensions and their relationship with disciplined and indisciplined students. Besides, the study also try to observe in details the relationship between: extrovertintrovert personality, discipline and indicipline character, gender, S.E.S with values and value dimensions which comprise of intellect, economy, esthetic, religion, social, moral, health and citizenship. The sample consists of 350 Form 2 students selected among the discipline and indiciplined students from 4 secondary schools in the Kemaman District of Terengganu. The instruments used were Eysenck Personality Questionnaires and Value Questionnaires. This investigation is a form of a quantitative survey for the implementation of Physics practice for Form 4 and Form 5 at Kinta Utara District, Perak. This implementation is divided into 3 steps: i) investigation of respondents background and status level practice of the implementation, ii) investigation through interview of structured answer, iii) investigation through interview of open answer. Sample steps i), ii), and iii) were taken from 78, 46, and 17 teachers respectively from 52 secondary schools. The level of implementation can be divided into five categories; Level 5 – fully performed by the students. Level 4 – teacher’s demonstration. Level 3 – teacher’s presentation using computer simulation. Level 2 – teacher’s presentation without computer. Level 1- self study by the students. The aim of this research is to determined whether there is a difference on the students achievement through test score in Bulatan III: Tangen kepada Bulatan topics by using Geometer’s Sketchpad software compared to the conventional method of teaching and learning mathematics. Research also investigated the perception of the students and teachers towards the usage of GSP software. The experimental research was done during school hours. Samples of 70 respondents who were in Form 4 were divided into two groups where 35 students were in experiment group and 35 students in controlled group. This research uses a pre test and post test which consists of 20 objectives questions on Bulatan III: Tangen kepada Bulatan topics which can be answered within 40 minutes. This study was carried out to identify the status of the implementation of the constructivism concept of teaching and learning process in Bahasa Melayu in 1 (one) school at Gua Musang, Kelantan. Investigating the use of recast and elicitation in an online facebook group interaction : a case study

This study investigated the use of recast and elicitation in an online Facebook group interaction. Qualitative data were collected and analyzed by using the Facebook group feature and open coding system. The samples in this case study comprised of 4 participants of Form 4 students. The students were involved in 2 sessions of recast and single elicitation session. The errors produced and participants’ responses were collected from the 3 sessions. The data collected revealed that the occurrence of errors was similar to oral conversation and another 5 types of responses can be added to Lyster and Ranta’s (1997) list of responses. Based on the general observation participants were also found to use ‘Electronic English’ which in this study was not ( treated as errors and their responses towards recast and elicitation were varied. Thus it is recommended that future study can find out why the types of responses occurred as well as to what extent the ‘Electronic English’ can be all.....

This research also summarized the methods and techniques of teaching angklung by the coach to used as a useful guide and information to whoever is concerned especially music teachers in school. This research used qualitative approach and focus mainly on a case study. Samples are chosen from the student concerned. In order get the data, this research used interviewing and observation method with open ended questions. Research findings encompasses on the performance, instrument used, repertoires, functions, analyses methods, the coach’s methods of teaching and also the role of angklung activities in the school co-curiculum. Taking into consideration Takmilah Theory as a piece of Islamic literature theory, this study will identify the image and Islamic awareness that fulfill the needs and meaning of the theory’s first principle.
