The aim of this study was to identify the instructional principles and strategies used for the Teknologi dalam Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran course in a web-based learning environment that helped guide the development of a Web-based Learning System (e-IDRaj). The learning system was then evaluated to determine its effectiveness, usability, and learning strategy dimensions. This study employed the quantitative research methodology using the experimental pretest-posttest control group design. The sample of the study comprised 60 teacher trainees, who were equally divided into an experimental group and a control group. Four research instruments were used to measure the effectiveness, usability, and learning strategy dimensions of e-IDRaj. Pre-testing, interventional treatment, and post-testing spanned eight weeks. Kajian ini memfokus pada pembangunan dan keberkesanan modul pembelajaran kendiri berasaskan multimedia bagi topik Cahaya dalam mata pelajaran Fizik ke atas pelajar Tingkatan Empat MRSM. Reka bentuk kajian ini adalah kajian reka bentuk dan pembangunan modul pembelajaran kendiri berasaskan multimedia. Manakala keberkesanan modul dikaji dengan menggunakan reka bentuk kuasi-eksperimen yang melibatkan 254 orang pelajar MRSM. Teknik persampelan rawak berkelompok digunakan dalam kajian ini. Kajian ini menggunakan set soalan ujian penilaian, borang soal selidik Group Embedded Figures Test (GEFT) dan Maryland Physics Expectations Survey (MPEX). Hasil kajian rintis menunjukkan bahawa nilai pekali kesahan reka bentuk dan kandungan serta nilai kebolehpercayaan Cronbach’s Alpha untuk modul ini ialah 0.99, 0.99 dan 0.802. Kajian ini juga meninjau pengajaran guru dalam menyampaikan aspek makhraj dan sifat bunyi konsonan di peringkat pendidikan awal. Aggregate production planning (APP) is a significant level that seeks efficient production systems. In actual condition, APP decisions, production inputs, and relevant planning parameters are intrinsically imprecise, which results in significant complexities in the generation of master production schedules. Thus, this paper proposes a hybridization of a fuzzy programming, simulated annealing (SA), and simplex downhill (SD) algorithm called fuzzy– SASD to establish multiple-objective linear programming models and consequently resolve APP problems in a fuzzy environment. The proposed strategy is dependent on Zimmerman’s approach for handling all inexact operating costs, data capacities, and demand variables. This study aims to formulate a framework of mobile educational application for early reading among kindergarten children. This study uses a design and development research (DDR) involving two phases. In the first phase, the design and development phase, the framework is formulated by obtaining experts’ consensus using Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) involving 14 experts in early childhood education and mobile learning. A mobile educational application for early reading among kindergarten children, Adik Jom Baca, is developed according to the framework using prototyping method. In the second phase, the implementation and evaluation phase, Adik Jom Baca is evaluated in terms of usability and impact. Problem Statement: Improper triage and prioritization of big-data patients may result in erroneous strategic decisions. An example of such wrong decision making includes the triage of patients with chronic heart disease to low-priority groups. Incorrect decisions may jeopardize the patients' health. Preschool teachers? professional development and professional qualifications are crucial in enhancing the quality of children?s education. Studies related to the quality of preschool education and preschool teachers? professional qualifications are very limited in Malaysia. As such, this study embarks on finding the effects of ECCE teachers? professional qualifications on their understanding of overall ECCE training, perceptions of the quality of ECCE training, understanding of ECCE curriculum, and their understanding of the teaching and learning process. This study employed the descriptive research design using questionnaires to collect the data. The sample of the study consists of 296 preschool teachers from West Malaysia. The findings indicate that the ECCE teachers? professional qualifications have a significant effect on their understanding of the ECCE training.
