Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membincangkan keunggulan seorang tokoh pengarang drama iaitu Abdul Rahman Napiah atau lebih dikenali sebagai Mana Sikana. Sumbangan beliau terhadap penulisan cerpen, pelopor absurdisme, pencipta teori sastera, pengembang teori moden dan pascamoden serta pelopor dalam kajian drama dan teater. Pendekatan kajian ini dilakukan untuk melihat proses kreatif beliau serta membincangkan aspek keunggulan dalam kehadiran, perlanggaran, pengukuhan dan keperibadian. Kajian ini merupakan kajian kualitatif terhadap sembilan buah drama beliau yang terpilih iaitu drama “Ihsan”, “Tanah di Hujung Bendang”, “Pengadilan”, “Hikmah”, “Mustaqima”, “Apa-Apa”, “Di Hujung Taming Sari”, “Pasir-Pasir di Pasir Salak” dan “Air Mata Naning”. Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenalpasti kesan intervensi Program Kesejahteraan Psikologi menggunakan kaedah bermain ke atas Kesejahteraan Psikologi kanak- kanak sekolah rendah. Subjek terdiri daripada rnurid-murid berumur 11 tahun (N =123 ) di sebuah sekolah di negeri Selangor. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengenalpasti kesan program ke atas kesejahteraan psikolcgi, kepuasan hidup dan penghargaan kendiri di antara kumpulan kawalan dan kumpulan rawatan kanak- kanak sekolah rendah serta menentukan perbezaan peningkatan berdasarkan jantina antara kumpulan rawatan dan kumpulan kawalan. Selain itu, kajian ini juga dilaksanakan untuk melihat hubungan di antara kesejahteraan psikologi, kepuasan hidup dan penghargaan kendiri. This qualitative naturalistic observational study explores integrating English with Total Physical Response (TPR) for preschoolers’ cognitive development. Research is built upon, review of cognitive developmental theorists, stakeholders, teachers’ feedback with researcher’s empirical knowledge and experience. The right and left brain coordination in cognitive development provides a unifying perspective for this research. In order to accentuate the TPR curriculum, conducive, learning environments, teaching tools and competent teachers are necessary complements to dual-hemisphere collaboration for cognitive development. The purpose of this study is to identify the effectiveness of hotel tourism in Malaysia. A research model was suggested to investigate the significance of the issue. The research conceptual framework was established according to three theories namely theory of knowledge management (KM), theory of process innovation (PI), and theory of organizational performance (OP) as measurements in designing research objective and questionnaires. PI was suggested to be the mediator in this study. A survey through questionnaire was conducted to determine the level of KM implementation, PI implementation and OP measurement. There were 223 sets of questionnaire that have been successfully collected which brought to 62.8% response rate. The data were analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS SEM). This aims of the study is to examine customers’ intentions in committing motor insurance fraud. The objective is to determine the relationship between individual attitudes, subjective norms and tendencies of gender on intentions to commit motor insurance fraud. The sample for this study consisted of 413 teachers from five selected schools in Petaling District. Data from the respondents were collected by using the questionnaire. The differences of customers’ intention on committing motor insurance fraud amongst genders were analyzed using t-test. Correlations and multiple regression analysis were used to determine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Results from the study showed that males have higher intentions to commit motor insurance fraud compared to females. It is also found that there is a significant positive relationship between subjective norms and attitude towards customers’ intentions to commit fraud (r = 0.28, p < 0.01). This study aimed to analyze the implementation of reformed primary science curriculum in Jempol and Jelebu District, and to determine the relationship between the implementation of level I science curriculum and the teachers’ understanding. A mixed method approach was used. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaire from 127 science teachers, meanwhile the qualitative data collected through interviews, classroom observations and document analysis. The quantitative data were analyzed through SPSS, while the interview data were analyzed using ATLAS.ti. The findings show there is a significant positive relationship between the teachers’ understanding and the translation of science curriculum into the lesson plan. A significant positive relationship is also found between the teachers’ understanding and the strategies used in teaching science. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti keberkesanan kaedah pembelajaran teradun terhadap pencapaian, minat, pembelajaran kendiri dan Kemahiran Berfikir Aras Tinggi (KBAT) pelajar terhadap pengajaran cerpen. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan reka bentuk kuasi eksperimental telah digunakan dalam kajian ini. Pemilihan subjek kajian dijalankan secara persampelan kelompok melibatkan 80 orang pelajar tingkatan lima aliran sains dan kemanusiaan yang dipilih secara rawak berpasangan di sebuah sekolah di daerah zon Bangsar Kuala Lumpur. Subjek kajian terdiri daripada 40 orang pelajar kumpulan rawatan dan 40 orang pelajar kumpulan kawalan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah ujian pra, ujian pasca dan juga soal selidik. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan ujian-t untuk melihat kesignifikan kajian. Kajian tinjauan ini dijalankan bertujuan menentukan gaya pembelajaran dominan, tahap kemahiran berfikir aras tinggi (KBAT) murid serta menganalisis hubungan antara gaya pembelajaran dan tahap KBAT terhadap pencapaian matematik dalam kalangan murid Tingkatan Satu di Daerah Larut, Matang dan Selama, Perak. Sampel kajian terdiri daripada 337 orang murid yang dipilih menggunakan teknik persampelan rawak berstrata. Tiga jenis instrumen digunakan bagi pengumpulan data iaitu, Soal Selidik Gaya Pembelajaran, Ujian KBAT dan Ujian Pencapaian Matematik. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif iaitu, frekuensi, peratus dan min manakala statistik inferensi melibatkan pelaksanaan ujian MANOVA, ujian-t dan korelasi Pearson. The primary aim of this study was to examine ways to improve students with low proficiency to be motivated to read English books. The problem that arose, was the students were not motivated to read books in English due to lack of interest in the language. An extensive reading program blended in with motivation was introduced in the reading corner to cultivate the reading habit among low achievers. The research was carried out for a duration of twelve weeks. Extensive reading program merged with motivation was introduced to enhance the capability of reading among learners, episodes in the reading was made interesting, with the freedom of picking a book of the learner’s choice in the reading corners.
