A high quality of life is essential for an organization to continue to attract and keep employee. This study aimed to find out the factors that have an impact and impact of quality of work life and work health life balance of pharmaceutical employees. This study also will identify the relationships between the factors of quality of life with Work-Life balance. The data were obtained from 135 pharmaceutical employees by using Krejcie and Morgan Sampling Method. According to Krejcie and Morgan sampling method, for 200 people, 135 sample sizes are enough. For the data analysis, explanatory factor analysis and Pearson Correlation were conducted by using the SAS software. The results of this study conclude that the aspects of quality of life are cooperation and facilities, training and development, Facilities and Work Environment.

| 4 | 2022 Article | The effect of organizational culture’s dimension, total quality management and entrepreneurial orientation towards the performance of herbal enterprises in Indonesia Prayudi Harianto This study aims to determine the effect of the dimension of organization culture (clan, adhocratic, hierarchy, market) on total quality management, the effect of the dimension of organization culture on entrepreneurial orientation, and the effect of the dimension of organization culture, total quality management and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of herbal enterprises in Indonesian. The study uses quantitative approaches and deductive methods. The sample consists of 400 selected herbal entrepreneurs registered with the Asosiasi Pengusaha Herbal Indonesia using a simple random sampling method. Data is collected by using questionnaires and analysed by using structural equation modelling. The findings show that seven out of the 14 hypotheses tested were supported. Specifically, market culture is the only cultural factor that significantly and positively affects total quality management. There are myriad researches on risk-sharing, benefit distribution, asset securitization, and capital structure of PPP projects these days. In this paper, we provide analysis and discussion for the research methods of selected literature which applied the most used method for measuring the optimal capital structure of public-privatepartnership projects. By analyzing these studies, we can identify the potential problems of present research methods, and we can also provide research suggestions for future researchers to promote and enhance their research methods of optimal capital structure of public-private-partnership projects and make the methods more practicable and reality-adaptive.

The aim of this study is to identify the effect of flexible working arrangement and work life balance on employee_s job satisfaction by utilizing the structural equation model that may detect the causal relationship between the observed items under study. The results suggest that flexible hours, work shifts and telecommuting/working from home has a significant effect on employee_s job satisfaction. This study has successfully constructed the structured models for job satisfaction after some modification on the observed items under study.

A structured questionnaire and focus group discussion guide are instruments for data collection. The instruments are structured through four-point scales of strongly agree, agree, disagree and strongly disagree, with values of 4, 3, 2, and 1 respectively. The instruments are validated by five experts. The study uses the Cronbach alpha reliability method to determine the internal consistency of the instruments. | 9 | 2022 Article | The prevalence of alcohol consumption: a cheap liquor consumers perspective during pandemic Ninderpal Singh The study was conducted using an established Alcohol use disorder identification test and accompanied by a face-to-face interview with the consented respondents. The main of this study is to understand motives of cheap liquor consumption among youngsters. The information has been gathered from 10 respondents from rural vicinity in Perak. The outcomes indicated the primary motive for consuming cheap liquor is because of the monetary burden faced by the drinkers. It was observed that male drinkers might devour alcohol to kill boredom and at the same time to release body aches after a day_s task. The findings of this study are imperative in providing direction for future studies on alcohol consumption amongst Malaysian adolescents and information for the strategy to reduce the harmful use of alcohol in the communities.
