A new generalization basis called A-Bezier was constructed for the space span 2 {1, , ,..., } n t t t by using systolic array. This basis was based on a Bezier-like cubic curve consisting of two shape parameters which gave more degrees of freedom used in constructing the desired free form spline and surfaces. By fixing the shape parameters to specific values, this basis could be reduced to Wang-Ball basis and could be generalized to the other Bezier-like curve such as Timmer PC curve. The study investigated the schools’ experiences on SUHAKAM’s best practices in Human Rights (ATHAM) programme. The aim of the paper was to highlight the best practices of human rights program as experienced by the teachers and students. The views were expressed in terms of the importance of ATHAM objectives, challenges and ways to overcome the challenges. With the cooperation of the Ministry of Education, five schools were selected as the pilot project in 2009. This paper focused on the report of the quantitative results. A total of 798 respondents participated in the survey. There were 148 teachers and 650 students. The findings showed that both teachers and students agreed that the objectives were important. Lack of Time and lack of support in the practice of human rights was found to be the challenges among teachers and students. This research will focus on the impact of oil price shocks and macroeconomic variables on Islamic stock market in Malaysia. The objective of this research is to evaluate the relationship between oil price, macroeconomic indicators and Islamic stock market in Malaysia using an estimation of Vector Auto Regression (VAR) method. The variables involved in this research are Crude Oil Price (COP), Industrial Production Index (IPI), Consumer Production Index (CPI), Aggregate Money Supply (M3), Islamic Interbank Rate (IIR), Exchange Rate of Malaysian Ringgit-United States Dollar (MYR) and FTSE Bursa Malaysia Emas Shariah Index (FBMES). The purpose of this research is to integrate STS issues in the 1st grade physics curriculum in secondary school in Yemen. The results of previous studies revealed that there are many issues to be infused in physics curriculum in Yemen. As a result, the researchers developed an STS issues-based module for the 1st grade physics curriculum. STS content serves as an organizer for the science content and its sequence. In accordance with STS orientation, the researchers create the STS teaching model. To ensure that the objectives have been achieved; a list of criteria to evaluate the issues-based physics module has been used. The criteria are included in a questionnaire that is valid and reliable. A sample of 28 physics teachers and 10 experts in science education responded to this questionnaire. The purpose of this research was to identify the level of higher order thinking skills among lower secondary students in Malaysia. A higher order thinking skills test was modified and distributed to 384 students throughout the whole country to assess their higher order thinking skills levels. The results showed that higher order thinking skills levels among the students were at very low level. The findings also revealed that there was a low positive significant relationship between the higher order thinking skills and academic result, r = 0.468, p < 0.05. In addition, the results indicated that there was a significant difference in Living Skills subject results on the higher order thinking skills. Penganalisisan terhadap data hujan akan dapat menentukan pelbagai impak yang berlaku di atas permukaan bumi seperti kadar luahan, aliran permukaan, air dalam tanah, hakisan tanih, meramalkan dan menetukan kejadian banjir. Trend jangka panjang dan juga intensiti sering dikaitkan sebagai penyumbang kepada peningkatan kadar hakisan permukaan di kawasan yang dibangunkan. Dalam penulisan ini, fokus diberikan kepada tindakan hujan terhadap masalah hakisan tanih yang berlaku di tapak kampus baharu UPSI yang sedang dibangunkan. Penelitian terhadap ciri hujan, pengaruh angin monsun, trend hujan jangkamasa panjang serta perkaitan hujan dengan kejadian hakisan dilakukan. Particle image velocimetry (PIV) technique in its original form is limited to in-plane two-dimensional two-component (2D-2C) displacement and velocity measurements. Although it is possible to extract the out-of-plane component through stereoscopic viewing, the useful measurement volume remains limited to a light sheet of several millimeters thick. On the other hand, integration of holographic recording in PIV (HPIV) has finally realised whole-field, three-dimensional three-component (3D-3C) displacement and velocity measurements. In comparison to in-line particle holography, off-axis particle holography offers a relatively higher signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) although it demands long coherence and high laser energy for flow diagnostics. Holographic particle image velocimetry is a promising technique to probe and characterize complex flow dynamics since it is a truly three-dimensional (3D) three-component measurement technique. The technique simply records the coherent light scattered by small seeding particles that are assumed to faithfully follow the flow and uses it to reconstruct the event afterward. Re-construction of the event is usually performed using a digital video micro-scope mounted on a 3D translation stage. The microscope records the inten-sity only which consequently results in loss of phase information. Ini adalah satu kajian tindakan bagi mengenal pasti keberkesanan koswer Visual Assisted Teaching Aid (BBM-VATA) dalam mengatasi miskonsepsi dan meningkatkan kefahaman murid bagi topik fasa-fasa bulan. Refleksi awal menunjukkan murid mempunyai miskonsepsi tentang fasa-fasa bulan, sukar untuk menggambarkan konsep kejadian fasa-fasa bulan dan keliru di antara kejadian fasa-fasa bulan, gerhana matahari dan juga gerhana bulan. Model Kajian Tindakan Kemmis dan McTaggart (1988) diguna sebagai kerangka kajian dan kuasi eksperimen dipilih sebagai reka bentuk kajian.
