Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejayaan dan kegagalan usahawan wanita bagi dua buah daerah di Negeri Kelantan. Kajian ini juga meneliti masalah yang dihadapi oleh usahawan wanita semasa mengendalikan perniagaan mereka. Reka bentuk kajian ialah kajian kuantitatif di mana maklumat dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan soal selidik. Sampel adalah terdiri daripada 60 orang wan ita yang terlibat dalam aktiviti keusahawanan di Kota Bharu dan Tanah Merah. Data yang diperolehi telah dianalisis dengan menggunakan program Statistical Packages For Social Sciences (SPSS) 17.0 untuk mendapatkan maklumat kekerapan, peratusan dan min. This study intended to clarify whether there are significant relationships between the job satisfaction of the English Language teachers in Perak Tengah district toward the selected variables with respect to type of school and respondents’ gender or sex. A questionnaire that was modified from Dr. Patricia Cain Smith’s Job Descriptive Index (JDI) and the Likert-type scale were used to collect the data for this study. This study involved ten respondents from two different schools in Perak Tengah district, and they were SMK Iskandar Shah, Parit, and SMK Sultan Muhammad Shah, Parit. The results of this study showed that hypothesis null could not be rejected, that is there is no statistical significant difference in the English language teachers’ job satisfaction between respondents’ gender and types of school. The purpose of this study is to see the effectiveness on the application of Full System Semantic Theory and The Relevance Theory in the teaching and learning process in classrooms. The study used inventive research that is to record the teaching process directly. Besides recording, observation forms was used to record the context produced by teachers and students. Sample consists of teachers and students for subjects such as Bahasa Melayu, Geography, and Pendidikan Agama Islam. The students were from Form One, Form Three, Form Four and Form Five. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk. meneliti hubungan pelaksanaan program akademik terhadap penghasilan guru efektif di Jabatan Perakaunan, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris. Reka bentuk kajian adalah kajian secara tinjauan iaitu data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan soal selidik. Jumlah sampel kajian adalah seramai 82 orang guru pelatib daripada Jabatan Perakaunan. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mencari taburan frekuensi bagi faktor-faktor demografi. Analisis kolerasi digunakan untuk menentukan hubungan antara elemen-elemen dalam kurikulum Program Pendidikan Perakaunan dengan penghasilan guru efektif. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tiada hubungan yang signifikan antara subjek bagi kursus universiti, kursus pendidikan dan kursus major dengan penghasilan guru efektif. Kajian ini meneliti perspektif  komunikasi dalam pengajaran penulisan Bahasa Melayu di dalam kelas tingkatan 5 Aset di sebuah sekolah menengah. Tujuan kajian ini untuk mengenal  pasti keberkesanan komunikasi antara guru dan murid dalam pengajaran penulisan. Selain itu, kajian  ini dilaksanakan semasa proses pengajaran berlangsung di dalam bilik darjah dengan menggunakan reka  bentuk kajian kes. Seramai 6 orang responden telah dipilih untuk ditemu bual. Through a framework of cognitive psychology, this study explores the cognitive processes involved in memorising the Qur 'an using the Information Processing Approach (IPA). This study adopts a qualitative case study design consisting of indepth interviews with five (5) experienced huffaz (memorisers of the Qur'an). The responses revealed that sensory memory, Short-Term Memory (STM) and Long-Term Memory (LTM) processes are involved in memorising the Qur' an. During the sensory memory stage, participants highlighted the importance of teacher-student face-to-face encounter to ensure students achieved proficient Qur' anic recitation based on a recognized sanad (recitation style) before they start to memorise. This significant process is termed as talaqqi-musyafahah (face-to-face verbal instruction). Kajian ini meneliti proses perubahan yang berlaku antara persembahan begendang tradisi dengan yang baharu. Proses perubahan yang berlaku melalui kajian ini menunjukkan persembahan ini mempunyai perbezaan yang amat ketara dalam konstruk struktumya. Persembahan tradisi telah diamalkan sejak sebelum zaman British di kampung-kampung di Sarawak sebagai hiburan untuk memeriahkan keraian majlis-majlis terutamanya majlis perkahwinan.
