This study aims to measure the extent of integrated reporting among the top 100 Public Listed Companies (PLCs) by market capitalization in Malaysia. It also seeks to examine the influence of the board characteristics (board size, board independence, board gender diversity, the average age of board members, and board activity level) on the extent of integrated reporting of the PLCs with the control for the effect of corporate characteristics (corporate size, financial performance, and leverage). The sample of this study consists of 99 corporate-year observations from 33 companies of the top 100 PLCs. Data was collected from integrated reports of the sample companies, which adopted integrated reporting from 2019 to 2021. The findings reveal that the average disclosure rate of integrated reports was 71%, with governance having the highest average disclosure rate of 97%, and risks and opportunities having the lowest average disclosure rate of 43%. The purpose of the study was to investigate phytochemicals, essential oils, and antioxidant activity from Piper ornatum N.E.Br and Piper penangense C.DC (Piperaceae). The essential oils were obtained by hydrodistillation technique and their compositions were evaluated by gas chromatography (GC-FID) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Isolation of phytochemicals was carried out through cold extraction of the leaves followed by separation using chromatographic techniques. The isolated compounds were confirmed by spectroscopic data and comparison with literature. The antioxidant activity of the essential oils, crude extracts, and phytochemicals were evaluated using the total phenolic content (TPC) and DPPH free radical scavenging assays. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meneroka tiga objektif kajian utama iaitu amalan pengajaran guru pendidikan khas kepada Murid Berkeperluan Pendidikan Khas (MBPK) ketidakupayaan pendengaran dalam Program Pendidikan Khas Integrasi (PPKI) dengan mengenal pasti cabarancabaran yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru pendidikan khas dalam amalan mengajar MBPK ketidakupayaan pendengaran serta menghimpun pelbagai cadangan untuk menghasilkan modul panduan amalan pengajaran guru pendidikan khas. This study aims to identify factors influencing the level of knowledge management and job satisfaction among educators at the Maritime Education and Training Institution (MET) in Malaysia. This study investigates the mediating effect of Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) on the relationship between technology, organization, environment, critical employees/personnel and the Business Continuity Management (BCM) of organizations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Quantitative cross-sectional survey design was used to collect data from organizations in UAE by means of questionnaire, which was distributed among UAE organizations. A sample of 326 respondents was considered using the stratified systematic sampling method. The objective of this study is to identify the influence of job motivation and job stress on job satisfaction, with job stress as a mediator, among male teachers in Abu Dhabi. A quantitative research design was utilized. A total of 208 Emirati male teachers were chosen as a sample through a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. In addition, Hayes process macro model 4 was employed to estimate the mediation. This study explores the beliefs, roles and practices of Malaysian English language teachers concerning learner autonomy and how they develop autonomous learning in secondary school classrooms. The objectives of the research are to gain insights into teachers' beliefs on learner autonomy and understand the practices they employ to develop autonomous learning among their learners. The study adopts a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. Objektif kajian ialah menentukan pengaruh input pelajar dan sokongan pembelajaran terhadap pencapaian pelajar dalam subjek Ekonomi di tingkatan enam. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan reka bentuk tinjauan. Seramai 361 orang pelajar tingkatan enam terpilih dengan menggunakan teknik pensampelan berkelompok dan berstrata daripada tiga buah negeri dalam zon selatan iaitu Negeri Sembilan, Melaka dan Johor. Instrumen kajian menggunakan item yang diadaptasi daripada kajian lepas dan telah melalui proses pengesahan indeks kesahan kandungan, analisis penerokaan faktor dan kebolehpercayaan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferens, iaitu ujian-t sampel bebas dan regresi berganda. Kemahiran insaniah merupakan elemen penting dalam penilaian matapelajaran kokurikulum bagi Program Matrikulasi, Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia. Penilaian yang dilakukan seharusnya secara telus serta mengikut standard dan piawaian sesuatu penilaian yang telah ditetapkan. Kajian ini adalah bertujuan membina rubrik kemahiran insaniah dalam matapelajaran kokurikulum berdasarkan Pelan Pembangunan Pendidikan Malaysia 2013-2025. Seramai 36 orang pensyarah dan 477 orang pelajar telah dijadikan responden dalam kajian pra eksperimen kajian kes sekali. Rubrik ini adalah dinilai dari aspek kesahan, kebolehpercayaan dan kebolehgunaannya. Selain daripada itu, perbandingan pencapaian berdasarkan jantina dan lokasi turut dilaksanakan. Kesahan kandungan oleh pakar menunjukkan nilai r=0.90 manakala kebolehpercayaan dengan menggunakan kaedah interobserver agreement adalah r=0.85.
