Objektif kajian ini bertujuan menentukan tahap pengupayaan pengetua, tahap kepimpinan dan tahap prestasi kerja ketua panitia serta mengenal pasti perbezaan kepimpinan dan prestasi kerja ketua panitia berdasarkan jantina dan pengalaman mengajar. Kajian ini juga bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pengupayaan dan dimensi pengupayaan terhadap kepimpinan dan prestasi kerja ketua panitia di sekolah menengah di negeri Pahang. Seramai 278 orang ketua panitia dari 39 buah sekolah menengah di negeri Pahang telah dipilih sebagai responden kajian dengan menggunakan kaedah rawak bersrata. Instrumen Empowerment Indicator Survey, Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ 5X) dan Prestasi Kerja digunakan dalam kajian ini. Perisian SPSS 23 dan SmartPLS 3.0 digunakan bagi melaksanakan analisis kajian ini. The Ta Oi people in Thua Thien-Hue province continue to preserve and promote numerous unique indigenous music genres. However, these invaluable cultural heritages are at risk of vanishing from their cultural life in the future if there is no comprehensive and scientifically backed protection policy in place. My first-hand fieldwork and surveys have demonstrated that folk music is integral to the Ta Oi people’s way of life, being practiced at every stage of their lives, in significant cultural events within the community, and during religious rituals. Music serves as a distinct language, fostering connections among individuals, between people, and between people and spirits within specific cultural spaces, thereby forming a remarkably distinctive cultural mosaic among the Ta Oi people. In piano education, the initial stages of teaching young beginners establish the foundation for future endeavours. Due to the necessity of collaborative effort, piano lessons can be a complex process for both the teacher and the student. A balance must be found whereby the teachers can administer information in a way that is compatible with the student’s learning style. Therefore, the teacher must adapt their instruction to the level of the student. This exploratory case study investigates how scaffolding process is adapted into piano education in private setting to enhance the learning process of young beginner students. 10 teacher-student dyads, with students ages between 5-7 years, were recruited. The Semai are a group of indigenous minorities, collectively known as the Orang Asli of Peninsular Malaysia. They are well-known for their dream songs or jenulak that is taught by the gunik (spirit guide) to halak (shaman). The knowledge of how jenulak is transmitted, created, and succeeded becomes important today when researchers collaborate with culture bearers to sustain their musical heritage. This knowledge is integral to the sustainability of Semai musical heritage, indigenous concepts, and values. This article examines (1) how jenulak is transmitted from one generation to the next generation; (2) how Semai musicians create music; and (3) who can succeed as the next generation of Semai musicians. Contemporary Classical Music (CCM) emerged from Classical Music (CM) in the early 20th century; however, it has received mixed reception from both audiences and institutions. Due to its low acceptance among the mainstream CM audience, CCM composers need to take their own initiative to boost the visibility and exposure of their creative output. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tahap amalan pembelajaran  tahfiz al-Quran berdasarkan  elemen-elemen persediaan pelajar dan proses pembelajaran seperti kaedah hafazan, alat bantu  hafazan, dorongan, permasalahan pelajar dan pencapaian hafazan al-Quran yang terdapat di institusi  pengajian tahfiz al-Quran. Kajian ini melibatkan 366 orang pelajar Maahad Tahfiz AI-Quran Addin di  Perak Darul Ridzuan. lnstrumen yang digunakan dalam kajian ini ialah soal selidik dan ujian  al-Quran secara bertulis bag mendapatkan maklum balas. Data kuantitatif daripada soal selidik  dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan Statiscal package for Social Sciences (SPSS) untuk  mendapatkan kekerapan, peratus, min dan sisihan piawai. Video youtube ayat-ayat saintifik dalam al-Quran yang dimuatnaik oleh youtuber muslim telah dijadikan bahan video reaksi oleh youtuber bukan muslim. Kelebihan video reaksi yang dibuat oleh youtuber bukan muslim mendapat komen daripada pelbagai penganut agama dan setengahnya mendapat lebih banyak ‘viewer’ berbanding video asal. Kajian ini dijalankan untuk melihat penggunaan video dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran pendidikan moral tingkatan 2. Objektif kajian pertama mengenalpasti cara perlaksanaan aktiviti penggunaan video dijalankan di dalam bilik darjah. Objektif kajian kedua menganalisis keberkesanan aktiviti penggunaan video dapat menarik minat pelajar dan objektif kajian ke tiga menilai penggunaan tayangan video dalam meningkatkan kefahaman pelajar. Metodologi kajian berbentuk penyelidikan inkuri dengan menggunakan kaedah temu bual tehadap enam (6) orang responden yang telah menjalani aktiviti pengajaran dan pembelajaran menggunakan kaedah tayangan video. Analisis data dibuat secara kualitatif berdasarkan jawapan yang diberikan oleh responden. The  study  was  conducted  to  investigate  the  teachers'  knowledge, implementation and  reservation regarding the concept of cooperative learning in the teaching of reading comprehension.  The study aimed to find out if the level of awareness  was  influenced  by  gender,  academic   group,  teaching  experience, qualification, race and age group. It was conducted on 155 English  Language teachers from 21 schools in the District of Batang Padang. Questionnaires were distributed  to all teachers within two weeks. The Likert-type scale was extensive employed in the  questionnaires.
