| 3531 | 2022 Article | Gender differences in students motivation and conceptual knowledge in Chemistry using technology-integrated formative assessment Hagos,Tadesse This study examines the impact of gender and technology-integrated formative assessment on learning chemistry in general and chemical equilibrium in particular from the perspective of learning and motivation. To achieve the aforementioned objective, a quasi-experimental, non-equivalent, non-randomized pre-test and post-test research design was adopted. There were three groups in the study: two experimental and one comparative. The experimental groups implemented formative assessment (FA) and technology-integrated formative assessment (TIFA) strategies, whereas the comparison group used lecture style method. Two intact classes were chosen for treatment and one intact class was chosen for comparison groups using a random sampling technique. that has rapidly gained traction is the use of Google Classroom platform to provide
instructions to students. The main aim of this study is remodeling a Re-Imagining
UTAUT2 in using Google Classroom platform among Science teachers amid pandemic.
This study adopted the two-steps approach of modeling and analysing the structural
model namely, Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling
through SPSS-AMOS 24.0 software. The survey method with simple random sampling
technique involving 421 selected respondents was used. The proposed model has
attained the fit indices (RMSEA=0.038, CFI=0.951, χ²/df=1.519). The results of the
regression showed the eight exogenous constructs contribute 87% towards Behavioural

| 3539 | 2022 Article | The effects of reading on tear stability in soft contact lens wearer Nur Aresya Ahmad Najmee This study aimed to determine the effects of reading on non-invasive tear break-up time (NIBUT) in soft contact lens wearers and establish the correlation between the Contact Lens Dry Eye Questionnaire-8 (CLDEQ-8) and the NIBUT before and after reading. The demographic questionnaire, Contact Lens Dry Eye Questionnaire-8 (CLDEQ-8), were completed by 18 soft contact lens wearer (36 eyes; 17 females and 1 male). The NIBUT was measured as a baseline using modified bowl perimetry before reading. The subjects were then instructed to read silently for 20 minutes a validated hard copy text. The NIBUT test was administered again following the reading task. This study enrolled a total of 18 contact lens wearers (36 eyes). The mean age of the participants was 22.89 ± 1.687 years, and the mean refractive power of their contact lenses ranged from Plano to -5.75D (1.44 ± 0.504D).
