This study examines the influence of earnings management on the financial performance of financial listed firms. It also investigates the moderating role of CEO competency on the relationship between earnings management and financial performance. The study argues that the competencies of CEOs are important to reduce the discretionary accruals of firms. Using a sample of deposit money banks in Nigeria, the study adopts the panel regression estimator to analyze the testable hypotheses of the paper. In support of the agency theory, the study finds evidence that earnings management reduces financial performance. On the contrary, the interaction of CEO competency and earnings management negatively reduce financial performance, indicating that CEOs use their competencies to entrench themselves for their personal interests more than the interests of shareholders. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membangunkan kit Genetik topik pembahagian sel Tingkatan 4 serta mengenal pasti persepsi pelajar terhadap kit yang dibangunkan daripada aspek reka bentuk, kandungan, kebergunaan dan kepuasan. Kit Genetik ini dibangunkan dengan menggunakan reka bentuk pembangunan berpandukan lima fasa dalam Model ADDIE. Instrumen kajian terdiri daripada borang kesahan muka, kandungan, konstruk soal selidik dan borang soal selidik. Kajian ini melibatkan 40 orang responden yang terdiri daripada pelajar Tingkatan 4 yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik persampelan bertujuan. Data bagi borang penilaian kesahan pakar dianalisis menggunakan nilai peratus persetujuan pakar manakala borang soal selidik kebolehgunaan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif iaitu min dan sisihan piawai. Pengetahuan Teknologi Pedagogi Kandungan (PTPK) adalah pengetahuan penting yang mesti dikuasai oleh guru dalam menyampaikan kurikulum dalam sesi pengajaran. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti hubungan antara persepsi guru Biologi terhadap penguasaan dan amalan PTPK di sekolah bukan kerajaan negeri Kelantan. Reka bentuk kajian ini berbentuk kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan melalui tinjauan yang melibatkan seluruh sekolah bukan kerajaan di negeri Kelantan. Responden kajian terdiri daripada 63 orang guru Biologi manakala instrumen yang digunakan adalah berdasarkan soal selidik PTPK guru Biologi dan amalan pengajaran guru. Kajian ini telah mendapat kesahan daripada tiga orang pakar dengan Indeks Kesahan Kandungan adalah 0.961 dan telah memperoleh nilai Alpha Cronbrach 0.861 melalui kebolehpercayaan dalam kajian rintis. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membangunkan e-modul CLAS bagi standard kandungan Analisis Kualitatif Kimia Tingkatan 4 dan mengkaji persepsi guru Kimia Tingkatan 4 dan 5 terhadap kebolehgunaan e-modul CLAS dari segi reka bentuk, kandungan dan kepuasan. Reka bentuk kajian yang digunakan adalah kajian pembangunan yang berpandukan kepada model ADDIE. Seramai 85 orang guru Kimia Tingkatan 4 dan 5 di negeri Selangor, Perak dan Melaka terlibat dalam kajian ini melalui teknik pensampelan mudah. Terdapat dua instrumen yang digunakan iaitu borang kesahan dan soal selidik persepsi kebolehgunaan e-modul CLAS. Kesahan muka dan kandungan e-modul dan kesahan instrumen soal selidik telah dianalisis menggunakan peratus persetujuan pakar dengan nilai masing-masing 71.5% dan 76.4% yang menunjukkan telah mencapai tahap yang tinggi. Systematic literature review techniques and data mining techniques were analyzed in this analysis for the creation of quantitative models of key factors influencing traditional marketing customer behavior in Thailand. The set of data analyzed is focused on the compilation of literature surveys of scholarly literature related to selected correlational studies of both traditional and digital marketing based on theoretical generic consumer stimulus-response model. Techniques that are used described the relationship model are different are described for modeling relationships. The findings of the analysis found that variables influencing consumer behavior were similar and different from traditional and digital marketing experiments. In comparison, research reviews and experiments abroad have also been shown to have the same and distinct influences in analyzing the results of the study. Kajian ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk membangunkan permainan Pac-The Scienceman bagi topik Jadual Berkala dan mengkaji persepsi murid Sains terhadap kebolehgunaan permainan Pac-The Scienceman. Reka bentuk kajian ini adalah kajian pembangunan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan berasaskan model ADDIE. Kajian ini melibatkan 117 orang responden dan teknik persampelan yang digunakan adalah teknik persampelan mudah. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah borang soal selidik kebolehgunaan. Dua orang pakar telah dilantik bagi menilai instrumen kajian. A unique plant from the rainforest of Sarawak, Malaysia, Goniothalamus lanceolatus Miq., was chosen for a phytochemical study based on its ethnomedicinal characteristics amongst the locals. Isolation and purification of a minor compound exhibiting similar retention characteristics was made possible by using preparative Recycling HPLC. Due to a recycle valve in the HPLC system, this method enables the unresolved peaks to recirculate into the column repeatedly until the peaks were successfully separated as pure entity. During the recycling process, solvent consumption is not needed. Recycling HPLC expediates the isolation and purification of complex mixtures in such a sustainable way. Feed formulation is important in ensuring the quality of livestock production and sustaining the self-sufficient of the livestock industry in the country. Currently, local farmers have been feeding their lambs with goat pellets and this has caused an imbalance between nutrient feeding in lambs. In this study, a modified linear programming (LP) model is proposed to optimize a specific lamb feed formulation that satisfies the nutrient requirement at a minimum cost. The dietary nutritional requirements for lambs were derived from the standard criteria of the 1985 National Research Council. The modified LP model considers the nutrients needs of lambs according to their weight, the amount of nutrients to be consumed and the cost of each feedstuff.
