The linear regression model is one of the most common and easiest algorithms used in machine learning for predictive analysis purposes. However, this model performs well under strict assumptions such as the number of observations, the linearity of variables, multicollinearity, homoskedasticity, reliability of measurement, and normality. Besides, there is no consideration to date for handling and cleansing inconsistent samples in the data sets. These samples may significantly influence the performance of multiple linear regression in terms of these assumptions and several aspects, such as adjusted R-square, intercept-slopes, exogenous variables, and the accuracy of prediction. In this paper, the data reduction strategy of rough sets was employed to remove and clean these types of samples, boosting the performance of the linear regression models. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perbezaan kecenderungan keusahawanan pelajar dari tiga buah sekolah menengah harian di daerah Kuala Selangor, Selangor. Secara khususnya, kajian berbentuk kuantitatif ini mengkaji pengaruh pemboleh ubahpemboleh ubah tidak bersandar iaitu ciri-ciri peribadi pelajar, hal berkaitan keluarga, hal berkaitan sekolah, pengaruh individu, dan pengalaman bekerja pelajar terhadap lima ciri kecenderungan keusahawanan iaitu keinginan untuk mencapai kejayaan, kreativiti dan inovasi, kawalan lokus dalaman, mengambil risiko terencana, dan keinginan autonomi. Objektif kajian ini ialah untuk mengenal pasti sama ada terdapat hubungan di antara pemupukan ciri-ciri keusahawanan, pengetahuan pelajar, kemahiran pelajar dan sikap pelajar dalam bidang keusahawanan dengan penglibatan pelajar dalam aktiviti keusahawanan di koperasi sekolah. The study was carried out under the theme of Improving Reading Competence Through Active Reading Approaches. The purpose of this study is to investigate effective strategies used by teachers to improve students' reading ability and to find effective reading strategies that students can easily understand. This study has been conducted qualitatively. An interview was conducted with the teacher about the approaches used by Tamil teachers to improve reading skills through effective reading approaches among students and the top 3 approaches were discussed. This study reviews the factors associated with using WhatsApp in education management among Indian lecturers in Malaysian public universities. This study aims to determine the level of WhatsApp usage among Indian lecturers in the aspect of educational management in Malaysian public universities. The second goal is to determine the level of factors that influence WhatsApp usage. This study uses a quantitative approach based on a survey design. The study population consisted of Indian lecturers from Malaysian public universities. A total of 292 young lecturers were randomly selected as a sample for this study. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data in this study. This study's data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program.
