One of the most prevalent death causes among women worldwide is breast cancer. This study aimed to characterise and differentiate the proteomics profiles of breast cancer cell lines treated with Doxorubicin (DOX) and Doxorubicin-CaCO3-nanoparticles (DOX-Ar-CC-NPs). This study determines the therapeutic potential of doxorubicin-loaded aragonite CaCO3 nanoparticles using a Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry analysis. In total, 334 proteins were expressed in DOX-Ar-CC-NPs treated cells, while DOX treatment expressed only 54 proteins. Out of the 334 proteins expressed in DOX-CC-NPs treated cells, only 36 proteins showed changes in abundance, while in DOX treated cells, only 7 out of 54 proteins were differentially expressed. Mohd Sallehuddin Mat Noor In 2007, the QLASSIC was introduced to assess the quality in projects workmanship which included landscaping works and due to this, many elements of non-compliance were recorded all round. The purpose of the paper is to discuss the possibility of why non-compliance in the QLASSIC assessments continued, which had-opened up several subjects' worth re-examining. A combination of mixed qualitative and quantitative research methods were employed. Critical literature review in revisiting the landscape workmanship's quality definition and construct was conducted by using the Atlas.Ti software. Meanwhile, QLASSIC data was obtained from the onsite certified third party quality assessor over a period of nine years, which began from 2007 until 2015. This database has been designed and created with data analysis to create the index from the factor and variable of the test and the test was conducted in the majority of the national primary school in Malaysia. Gender, state of origin, and residential location of the school were the factors used to categorize the participant of the test. The factor of age, weight, height, body mass index (BMI), power, flexibility, coordination, and speed were used for the measurement to relate with the participant's physical fitness. | 5645 | 2021 Article | Issues in operating childcare centers in Malaysia Nor Azah Abdul Aziz This paper discusses the qualifications of operators of Malaysian childcare centers, namely TASKA and TADIKA, and the challenges faced by practitioners in the industry of early childhood education (PAKK). This research used both qualitative and quantitative methods involving interviews and a survey. The sample study comprised 727 respondents consisting of 282 operators of TASKA and 343 operators of TADIKA. The research used a set of questionnaires and interview guidelines. The findings of the quantitative method showed the operators of TASKA and TADIKA had a diverse range of professional and academic qualifications, while the findings of the qualitative method highlighted a wide spectrum of challenges faced by operators of centers involved in the early childhood education industry. Investigation of its antibacterial properties was carried out on hexane and dichloromethane crude extracts using agar diffusion method and minimum inhibitory concentration against ESKAPE pathogens. Both extracts showed positive results in inhibiting E. faecium, S. aureus, and K. pneumoniae, while the dichloromethane extract showed further inhibition against P. aeruginosa. A morphinan alkaloid, O-methylpallidinine (1), along with a methoxybenzoic acid, isovanillic acid (2), were isolated from the dichloromethane leaf extract of the plant and elucidated via NMR spectroscopy, FTIR spectroscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy, and GC-MS, and compared with the reported data. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the flood water quality in the Kuala Krai flooding areas. The methodology of data collection in this study are fieldwork methods. It has been used to collect flood water samples during the northeast monsoon season in December 2016 and January 2017. A total of four flood water stations have been select based on the four flood evacuation centers based on the number of flood victims. A total of 13 water quality parameters were analyzed: pH, DO, BOD, COD, SS, NH3N, turbidity, NO3, Fe, Mg, Ca, Cu and E. coli bacteria. Over the years, many researchers have studied the pullout strength and the bending strength of pedicle screw. They found out that factors like core design, thread design, geometry and insertion techniques influenced the strength in pullout and bending. Failure of a screw is unavoidable.
