This paper provides development of a virtual laboratorium for the subject of digital engineering. The virtual digital engineering laboratory based on mobile virtual reality is a finding that can be used for replacing a real laboratory. Using a virtual laboratory can be conducted a learning and teaching process at anytime and anywhere as long as it has an android device. This study applies a virtual laboratory to mobile virtual reality for a virtual digital engineering laboratory. The results of this study were functional application software to learn how to apply a virtual digital engineering laboratory through mobile virtual reality technology. A lot of components and circuits of logic gate can be simulated in this virtual laboratorium. This study presents a simple Android-based virtual tools for the visualization and investigation in real time of circuits of logic gates without signal disturbances. Government of Malaysia has enthusiastically supported the implementation of Industrialized Building System (IBS) that was early introduced in 1960’s. IBS is seen capable to ease the problem of delay that has been long haunting Malaysian construction industry. However, the issue of delay still exists even though IBS has been implemented in construction project and it is believed that there are other factors causing delay in IBS project. The research was conducted to develop an Environmental Education Model and to identify the level of awareness, knowledge, attitude and skill of primary school pupils in Malaysia towards the environment using the model. The research was conducted through a survey using a questionnaire. The sample was randomly selected, involving 1000 pupils of Year 5 from Peninsular Malaysia divided into four zones, north zone (Kedah), east zone (Kelantan), west zone (Kuala Lumpur) and south zone (Melaka). The findings showed that the level of awareness, knowledge, attitude and skill of pupil were at a high level. The model had been developed by looking at direct impact testing through Evaluation Assessment Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which suggested that awareness and skill factors were factors that significantly influenced pupils’ attitudes toward environmental education. This study aims to ascertain teachers’ intrinsic and extrinsic factors and their relationship towards the blended learning approach in teaching and facilitating. The study was conducted on 200 primary school teachers who were teaching in a few schools in Selangor and Perak and the sample was selected randomly. The questionnaire contained 11 constructs and self-reporting items were chosen to obtain the data. The findings indicated that there was a moderate positive relationship for intrinsic teacher factors such as individual innovation, information technology specific innovation, computer self-efficacy, ICT knowledge and skills with blended learning practice. There was also a moderate positive relationship for extrinsic teacher factors such as administrators’ support, role of change agents, school and training facilities with blended learning approach in teachers’ teaching and learning. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of ICT policies in investigating o Behavioral Intention (BI) and Use Behavior (UB) factors by employing experience and workload of teachers as moderator. The identified factors were Use Expectancy (UE), Social Influence (SI), Facilitating Conditions (FC) and Teacher Efficacy (TE). Experience and workload are defined as moderator variables, and integrated into the study model. The data were collected through a questionnaire among 720 teachers in Malaysia. The findings showed UE, SI, FC, and TE were significant factors affecting BI and UB. The findings of empirical analysis also revealed that experience factors moderate the relationship between FC and UB. Meanwhile, workload factors moderate (1) UE and BI relationships, and (2) TE and BI relationships. This pilot study was conducted with the aim to validate the instrument used in evaluating the competency of teachers in the field of technical and vocational education. This instrument consists of 45 items and is administered to 53 teachers from a selected vocational college. The Rasch Model with the help of the Winstep Version 3.72.3 software has been used in this study for the purpose of checking the functionality of the item and the validity of the instrument. An analysis has been made based on the suitability of items in measuring the construct, item and person reliability and separation index, polarity and residual correlation value. The Rasch analysis showed that the item reliability was valued at 0.92 while the person reliability valued at 0.96 with their item MNSQ between overfit (1.4). Based on the findings, there are three items that were dropped because of failing to meet the inspection criteria. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbezaan amalan penggunaan air dalam kalangan pelajar tingkatan empat daerah Kinta Utara, Perak mengikut jantina. Kajian kuantitatif ini melibatkan 420 orang pelajar dari tiga belas sekolah. Pemilihan sekolah sebagai sampel kajian adalah menerusi teknik persampelan rawak berstrata manakala respondan dipilih secara kaedah rawak mudah. Data kajian dikumpul melalui borang soal selidik yang berfokus pada aspek lima pemboleh ubah iaitu pengetahuan, nilai, kemahiran, sikap dan amalan penggunaan air secara lestari. Analisis inferensi (ujian-t) digunakan untuk menjawab objektif kajian. This study aims to examine the professional and pedagogical competencies of form six geography teachers in Malaysia. Study involved 200 geography teachers from across Malaysia, separated into five zones; the Northern Zone, the Central Zone, the East Coast Zone, the Southern Zone and the East Malaysia Zone. A questionnaire was used to collect the data. The six variables of professional and pedagogical competence studied were as follows: teachers' understanding of their topics, professional knowledge, subject content knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge, pedagogical technology knowledge and professional values. The findings showed all competencies of professionalism and pedagogy to be at high levels. This study attempts to determine the level of learner and customer identity among Malaysian students, their impact on academic performance (AP) and student-lecturer relationship (SLR) and the differences between students at public and private higher education institutions (HEIs). Methodology: This study adopted a quantitative approach. Data collected from a sample of 400 students was analysed using structural equation modelling (SEM) in AMOS software. Main Findings: The findings reveal a high level of learner identity (LI), but a low level of customer identity (CI). LI has a significant and positive effect on AP and SLR. CI only has a significant and negative effect on AP. All the relationships do not differ significantly across public and private HEIs.
