Tujuan kajian ini untuk mengukur hubungan antara iklim organisasi dan ciri personaliti dengan prestasi kerja dalam kalangan pekerja di syarikat Bumiputera, Selangor. Pengkaji menggunakan pendekatan soal selidik yang melibatkan 214 responden di Syarikat Teras Bumiputera. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif dimana soal selidik telah diedarkan untuk mengkaji prestasi kerja, iklim organisasi dan ciri personaliti. Penemuan hasil kajian menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan di antara iklim organisasi dengan prestasi kerja. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan nilai korelasi yang positif di antara kelimalima dimensi iklim organisasi iaitu struktur, ganjaran, hubungan mesra sokongan dan identiti dengan prestasi kerja. Seterusnya, penemuan juga menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan di antara ciri personaliti dengan prestasi kerja. Taking a legal-based paper among the Accounting students is often set as a challenge due to a complexity of legal terms and its application to bring a conceptual and technical knowledge to a real case situation. Being aware of its course natures, determine a knowledge structure would assist the students and course instructor in the development of effective styles of teaching and learning. Guided with the main objective of study to analyze how the Third year of accounting students in a Taxation Class constructed their knowledge by using a semi-structured questionnaire. At the end of the semester, student achievement was measured for describing how students who were successful in this course used effective ways of constructing their knowledge. The extrapolation technique has been proved to be very powerful in improving the performance of the approximate methods by large time whether engineering or scientific problems that are handled on computers. In this paper, we investigate the efficiency of extrapolation of explicit general linear methods with Inherent Runge-Kutta stability in solving the non-stiff problems. This research attempted to examine the acute effects of exercises order during upperlower body alternated supersets among trained men. This study was conducted by using quantitative time series experimental design. Twenty resistance-trained men performed different exercises order of bench press and squat: (i) upper body to lower body (order A) and (ii) lower body to upper body (order B) in random arrangement for three sets with 120 seconds rest inter-set. All participants performed both exercises at 75% of their one repetition-maximum (1RM) value. Muscles activation, repetitions completed, heart rate and rating of perceived exertion (RPE) were recorded during both exercises order. Repeated measure analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to analyse the different on all variables. Kajian ini dijalankan untuk melihat penggunaan komik terhadap kemahiran membaca dalam kalangan murid pemulihan tahun 2 dan 3 untuk mata pelajaran Bahasa Malaysia. Kajian tindakan ini telah dijalankan di dua buah sekolah di daerah Jempol (Negeri Sembilan) dan melibatkan lima belas orang responden. Objektif kajian ini ialah untuk meningkatan penggunaan komik dalam program pemulihan bacaan sebagai bahan bantu mengajar. Background: Low-back pain is one of the most common reasons for work stress, poor health, sickness, and reducing the quality of life. While obesity is a growing public health concern, it was proved that obesity is a risk factor for lowback pain. Whereas obese low-back pain people cannot avoid weight load on the spine in any exercise, but they can easily carry out the exercise in water. This study aimed to know the effect of aquatic exercise on quality of life among obese low-back pain people. Methods: A total of 39 women with BMI≥27 kg.m-2 who had non-specific chronic low-back pain were purposively selected for this study. They randomly assigned in two groups; exercising (N=19, 37.85±5.83 years with 32.97±4.84 kg. m-2) and control group (N=20, 40.8±5.25 years with 31.87±4.79 kg.m-2). Critical and creative thinking skills are vital in new Malaysia curriculum starting 2011. These skills are advised to be integrated in all subjects in school. Hence, knowing the teachers thinking style can be an advantage as this can give the impression on how the students will be. This study was conducted to identify the tendency to which creative critical thinking style of Design and Technology (DT) teachers across Malaysia. A total of 367 teachers are involved and required to answer the instrument known as YPCreative-Critical Test which consist of 34 items. This instrument was develop using Google Form and been send out to the respondent through email, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram application to ease the teachers to respond online. High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is an important aspect of teaching and learning. An individual’s thinking can affect learning ability, learning speed and effectiveness of learning. The weakness in implementing HOTS is one of the reasons for a student not being creative in solving all the problems that arise. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of HOTS’s Self-Instructional Manual (SIM) in teaching and learning for assignment achievement among polytechnic students. This study uses a quantitative approach and the Quasi Experimental design - “Pretest-Posttest Non-equivalent Comparison Group Design” consisting of one Treatment Group (TG) and one Control Group (CG) involving 78 students at Polytechnic of Sultan Abdul Halim Muad'zam Shah.
