This paper aims to study the educational system in Arabic elementary schools between the past and the present systems, bearing in mind that these schools are the first solid Arabic foundations and bright concrete in which young children deal with reading the Holy Qur’an Kareem and memorizing of some Qur’anic Verses and some religious principles. The main objective of this study is to uncover the difficulties in learning the skill of speaking in the Arabic language among form six students at a school in the state of Kelantan, which is Maahad Muhammadi Perempuan Pasir Pekan.
