This study examines the impact of using iPusnas e-books on the numeracy skills of fifth-grade elementary school students. Purpose: The primary aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of iPusnas e-books in improving the numeracy skills of elementary school students compared to traditional learning methods using textbooks. The word ‘eating’ can produce positive meaning as it is closely tied to human needs. This term is also intricately linked to eating habits. In Javanese society, this term serves to satisfy basic human needs and plays a pivotal role in defining social etiquette. Eating expressions have a broader meaning when examined from a dysphemistic perspective within cognitive semantics. This study employed a descriptive qualitative methodology, with data collection covering interviews, active listening, observation, and note-taking. The land use/land cover pattern of a region is an outcome of natural and socioeconomic factors and the utilisation by humans in time and space. This study aims to model the marine water quality using the relative impact of land use on marine water quality of selected river estuary between 2006-2013, Geographical Information System (GIS) and Cellular Automata (CA)-Markov method as a planning tool in evaluating Marine Water Quality Index (MWQI) were applied. The CA-Markov model revealed agricultural land use changes from 2006-2013 using land use land cover (LULC) in GIS as Setiu and Semerak River basins have 5.72% and 2.75%, respectively. The result indicated the impact of agricultural lands on MWQI, which is very low, according to projections of land use in 2020. Social distancing policies during the COVID-19 period have opened a space for interventions in the use of digital technology that was previously rejected by the public. Currently, most of the community activities have been carried out online, including those related to education, such as hosting virtual exhibitions with an educational purpose. Virtual exhibitions (VE) are online exhibitions that display information on specific topics. However, to the best of our knowledge, research on VE in the educational context is still lacking. This study aims to identify the variables that affect users' intentions to attend the virtual exhibition frequently. The channel expansion theory, flow theory, technology acceptance model, and expectation confirmation theory serve as the foundation for the research model that is constructed. This study explicates an Islamic approach to palliative care based on the results of a needs analysis regarding the development of an Islamic psychospiritual manual of palliative care alongside related elements. This article represents the frst phase of a three-phase study using the design and development research (DDR) approach developed by Richey and Klein to study for design and development of manual either needed or otherwise. This project is a quantitative study that uses purposive sampling through a questionnaire instrument to investigate 210 participants from the general population in Malaysia that have experience in taking care of terminally ill patients. The purpose of this study was to investigate the chemical composition and anticholinesterase inhibitory activity of the essential oil obtained from Piper crassipes leaves collected from Malaysia. Twenty-two components were identified using gas chromatography-flame ionisation detection (GC-FID) and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC-MS), which represent 97.8% of the essential oil. The identified major components included chavibetol (59.8%), chavibetol acetate (10.4%), γ-muurolene (5.4%), and germacrene D (4.6%). Anticholinesterase activity was assessed using Ellman’s method. A moderate inhibitory effect was observed for acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) enzymes with IC50 values of 77.2 ± 0.2 and 89.2 ± 0.2 µg/mL, respectively. The molecular docking studies revealed that chavibetol acetate showed potent interactions with the cholinesterase target, while other compounds exhibited varied binding patterns, providing crucial insights into their potentia.....

Study aim: This study aimed to investigate the effect of the FIFA 11+ injury prevention programme on strength and on muscle strength and landing biomechanical markers of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury during fatigue among youth recreational soccer players. Material and methods: Thirty volunteer participants were assigned to the intervention group (n = 15) and control group (n = 15). The intervention group performed the FIFA 11+ programme as a warm-up activities, while the control group performed unstructured warm-up twice per week for 8 weeks. The data measurements were taken before fatigue simulation (PRE), immediately after simulation (POST5), after 20 min (POST20), and 35 min (POST35) after simulation before and after the completion of the intervention. This work developed a selectively modified electrode for measuring the Fe(II) ions in continuous integration using voltammetry techniques. The study assessed various aspects, such as linearity, scan rate, repeatability, and real sample analysis. The experiment is performed using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The findings of the study indicated that the voltammetry method exhibited a regression line of y = 36.507 ln(x) + 990.73, with a correlation value of 0.9627, with an optimum scan rate of 20 mV/s and good repeatability over five times measurement. On the other hand, when comparing the results using the UV-Vis spectrophotometric technique, the regression equation was found to be y = 0.20438x − 0.06987, with a correlation value of 0.99583. Arduino, a low-cost microcontroller, is extensively utilized for learning physics. The local culture examined in this study is Angklung, a traditional musical instrument from West Java, Indonesia. This study utilizes Arduino with a microphone sensor to design experiments investigating the sound produced by Angklung.
