The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of fraud awareness, ethical culture, and participation in decision making on corporate fraud among companies traded in the Iraq Stock Exchange by focusing on the moderating impact of corporate governance. The theoretical foundation for this research was built based on the agency theory. A quantitative approach was used to collect data from a group of respondents consisting of accountants and auditors, who were selected through a simple random sampling technique. SPSS and Smart-PLS were used to analyze the data. The questionnaire was administered three times. Penyelidikan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam dan terperinci tentang eksplorasi seni sebagai terapi bagi pelukis catan di Malaysia. Fokus kajian adalah meneroka perkembangan proses seni sebagai terapi terhadap amalan serta kepentingannya kepada pelukis-pelukis dalam pembangunan seni catan kontemporari Malaysia. Kajian ini melibatkan analisis seni sebagai terapi ke atas 10 orang pelukis catan kontemporari Malaysia melalui penyelidikan kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian kes intrinsik. Cheng Jiahua (1905-1976), a native of Qianshan, Anhui, graduated from the Department of Economics of Yanjing University. He joined the diplomatic field in his early years and served as the consul of the Republic of China in Indonesia, Samoa and other regions. In 1948, he was sent to British Malaya as the consul of the Republic of China in Malacca (September 1948-1950). After the Kuomintang government moved to Taiwan in 1949, he chose to stay in Malacca. Later he joined the Malayan Chinese Association, taught briefly at Peifeng Middle School, and then served as the principal of Malacca Yumin Middle School (1961-1967). This article attempts to outline his life in Malaya after the closure of the Republic of China consulate in British Malaya in 1949. An effort is made to extract from the unpublished “Sim Mow Yu’s Diaries” to inspect for the contacts between him and Sim Mow Yu. Kajian ini bertujuan mengenal pasti dan menganalisis nilai kemanusiaan watak-watak dalam cerpen Sai Peer Mohammad berdasarkan tiga domain moral Thomas Lickona serta menghuraikan pengajaran yang terpapar melalui watak tersebut. Kajian ini ialah kajian kepustakaan yang menerapkan kaedah analisis teks dan deskriptif untuk menganalisis 15 cerpen karya Sai Peer Mohammad. Analisis dan perbincangan dibuat berpandukan Teori Moral Thomas Lickona merangkumi tiga domain moral yang terdiri daripada penaakulan moral, perasaan moral dan perlakuan moral. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa terdapat sebanyak 11 nilai kemanusiaan yang dibawa oleh 20 orang watak dalam cerpen Sai Peer Mohammad. Selain itu, analisis menunjukkan bahawa ketiga-tiga domain moral telah diterapkan pada kesemua nilai kemanusiaaan yang dibawa oleh watak-watak yang dikaji. Pembangunan modul ini melalui prosedur berasaskan model pengajaran ASSURE iaitu analisis kanakkanak, penetapan objektif, pemilihan dan penggunaan kaedah, media dan bahan sumber, strategi menggalakkan penglibatan kanak-kanak dalam pembelajaran dan penilaian keberkesanan modul pengajaran. The research aims to describe the postion of Hadith related to cupping and the laws related to the practiced of cupping. In addition, it also examines the miracle of knowledge (I’jaz ilmi) related to this practice. The purpose is to close the gaps in of existing studies and as a benefit to the specialists working in this field. This study uses qualitative approach through analyses of related Hadith and Fiqh issues in various topics. The findings show that cupping hadith are predominantly weak, as the acceptable amount of them reached about one fifth. The clear benefits of cupping are proven through scientific studies and the confession of doctors, thus confirm the truthfulness of statement of The Prophet Muhammad PBUH. In conclusion, cupping was one of the main treatments in the time of the Prophet PBUH, and in our present time especially in the field of medicine. Kajian ini bertujuan menilai kesan intervensi Program Penyatuan Pasukan terhadap efikasi kolektif, kesepaduan pasukan dan kompetensi kejurulatihan ke atas atlet pasukan hoki remaja. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan reka bentuk kuasi eksperimen telah digunakan dalam kajian ini. Peserta kajian terdiri daripada 44 orang pemain hoki bawah 15 tahun di dua buah sekolah sukan. Instrumen kajian adalah Program Penyatuan Pasukan yang dibina oleh penyelidik dan soal selidik CEQS (Collective Efficacy Questionnaire for Sports), GEQ (Group Environment Questionnaire) dan CCS (Coaching Competency Scale) untuk menguji efikasi kolektif, kesepaduan pasukan dan kompetensi kejurulatihan. Promoting students’ critical thinking (CT) is an increasing concern in China. This study investigated the effects of graphic organizers (GOs) on 60 Chinese senior high school students’ CT skills (analyzing and generalizing) in EFL reading classes. This study adopted mixed-methods research design. It collected data using a quasi-experimental approach and an interview. The findings of this study showed positive impacts of GOs on students’ CT skills. After the intervention, the experimental group’s results improved significantly. There was also a significant difference in the reading performance test scores between the control and experimental group in the post-test. The findings showed that GOs can effectively improve the analytical and generalization skills of Chinese high school English reading class students.
