This study was intended to evaluate the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) in Alfonso Lista District 1 and District 2, Division of Ifugao through formative evaluation. The Stufflebeam’s Context, Input and Process (CIP) model was used to evaluate the implementation of SBM. Mixed Methods of Research (MMR) design was utilized. Triangulation of data through the use of data analysis, questionnaires, face-to-face interviews and focus group discussions (FGD) were employed. Mean rating and thematic approach were used to determine the extent of SBM and elaborated based on themes. The results showed that there was a moderate attainment of school objectives and the operational aspects of SBM were not fully implemented by the school heads. The scenarios of students’ psychological breakdown have been more prevalent nowadays. Thus, this study aimed to investigate the effect of particular factors of behavioural aspects namely mobile usage, shopping behaviour and study habit, on negative emotional states specifically depression, anxiety and stress among university students. The study employed survey design in which faculties and departments in Sultan Idris Education University were stratified and purposive sampling were employed to obtain a total of 377 students as respondents of the study. This study focuses on the mastery of cognitive aspects, namely aspects of knowledge, understanding, application, analysis, synthesis, and assessment in measuring the potential of children’s language. In addition, this study also examines the implementation of pre-school teacher learning in improving the cognitive aspects of children. This study emphasizes the aspect of Bloom’s taxonomy (1956) as a measurement idea in examining the cognitive level of children covering low to high levels based on five language areas, namely phonology, morphology, syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic. A total of 75 children between the ages of 3 and 5 were randomly selected for interviews and measured through the Planning Assessment Instrument at five selected nursery sites. The results of the study found that the application of pre-school teachers does not measure the cognitive domain of children holistically, but only involves certain components. Kajian ini bertujuan meninjau tahap penerimaan guru arus perdana terhadap pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di sekolah rendah. Kajian ini menggunakan teori penerimaan tiga komponen iaitu penerimaan pengetahuan, afektif dan tingkah laku (Breckler). Selain itu, kajian ini juga melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan guru. Reka bentuk penyelidikan adalah kuantitatif yang menggunakan kaedah tinjauan. Instrumen kajian ialah soal selidik yang diubahsuai daripada Haniz Ibrahim. Penetapan sampel kajian menggunakan teknik strata, kluster dan rawak. Sampel kajian yang digunakan adalah seramai 213 orang guru dari sekolah rendah. Kajian menunjukkan tahap penerimaan guru secara keseluruhan adalah tahap neutral (M=3.27±0.38).
