Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendekati, memahami dan menjelaskan pengaruh warisan budaya local dalam karya seni visual kontemporari di Malaysia yang telah diciptakan oleh para seniman generasi muda. Kajian ini mencakupi penggunaan simbol-simbol yang memiliki kaitan dengan warisan budaya lokal dan juga makna-makna yanbg merujuk pada fenomena, situasi atau isu sezaman. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pengkaji menumpukan pada jenis-jenis simbol warisan budaya lokal yang diterapkan di dalam karya dan fungsinya untuk menggambarkan tema-tema sezaman. Bagi mencapai tujuan dan objektif kajian, sejumlah lima karya dari lima orang seniman generasi muda telah dipilih berdasarkan potensi, sumbangan atau penghargaan yang telah mereka perolehi di dalam bidang seni visual serta kesesuaian karya-karya seni visual tersebut dengan konteks kajian ini. Perbandingan kurikulum bahasa Cina sebagai bahasa kedua di Malaysia dengan negara lain adalah sangat sedikit. Penyelidikan ini bertujuan untuk mencari perbezaan reka bentuk, kandungan kurikulum, pedagogi dan kaedah penilaian antara Kurikulum Bahasa Cina Sekolah Kebangsaan Malaysia (BCSK) dengan Kurikulum ICCLE iaitu International Curriculum for Chinese Language Education China seterusnya mencadangkan penambahbaikan bagi kedua-dua kurikulum tersebut. Kajian ini adalah kajian kualitatif berbentuk kajian kes. Data diperoleh melalui kaedah analisis dokumen dan temu bual separa berstruktur. Responden kajian terdiri daripada dua orang guru Bahasa Cina Sekolah Kebangsaan dan dua orang guru Kongzi Universiti Malaya. The purpose of this research was to design, simulate and optimize a 4-band radio frequency energy harvesting (RFEH) network circuit using the Keysight Technologies Advanced Design System (ADS) design and simulation software used for low power applications. The RF bands used for this study were Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) (950MHz, 1850MHz, 2150MHz) and Wireless Fidelity (Wi- Fi) (5000MHz). Smith chart was employed to design the impedance matching circuit to match the source impedance (Zin) and the load impedance (Zload) to minimize the signal reflection (return loss) and maximize the power transfer. The impedances were matched at the desired radio frequency (RF) operating frequency. A single, two and three-stage voltage multipliers were simulated to obtain the output impedance at 4-band RF frequencies with the source impedance set to 50 ohms. Penghasilan mural kini semakin mendapat tempat di kalangan sektor kerajaan dan swasta bagi mengisi ruangan dinding yang kosong kepada sentuhan yang dapat menimbulkan rasa ceria. Selain menjadi daya penarik, mural juga berperanan untuk menyampaikan pesanan yang terkandung dengan makna.
