The implementation of school drive programs still needs to be improved. This study discusses the challenges and strategies involved in implementing the Activator School Program. In this study, mixed-methods research was used. The study included six principals and thirty elementary school teachers from Surakarta, Indonesia. To collect data for this study, questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation were used. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics for quantitative analysis. Meanwhile, for qualitative analysis, the research used the Miles and Huberman method, that is, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Penyelidikan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peranan budaya organisasi sebagai perantara dalam hubungan di antara kompetensi emosi dan amalan kepimpinan dalam kalangan pensyarah Kolej Matrikulasi Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia. Pineapple (Ananas comosus) is widely consumed and appreciated not only due to its taste and aroma and to its nutritional and antioxidant properties, including its vitamin C and phenolic contents. In an attempt to explore new antioxidant leads, pineapple waste is often neglected in the pineapple industry. Fruit processing has considerably higher ratios of by-products and pineapple by-products are not exceptions as they consist basically of the residual pulp, peels, stem, and leaves. Pineapple waste is a by-product resulting from canning processing of pineapple that produces about 35% of fruit waste and leads to serious environmental pollution. The application of biopesticides is progressively encouraged for its advantages associated with environmental safety and high biodegradability. The objectives of this study were to compare the phytochemical constituents, anti-feedant, and molluscicidal activities of spices against the giant African land snail, Achatina fulica. The spices evaluated were clove (Syzygium aromaticum), cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), black pepper (Piper nigrum), cumin (Cuminum cyminum) and coriander (Coriandrum sativum). Phytochemical constituents of spices were screened by qualitative standard protocols. Anti-feedant activity was investigated by the leaf disc no-choice bioassay method and molluscicidal activity was evaluated by a 72-h contact toxicity test. Tujuan kajian ini ialah untuk mengkaji amalan pengurusan sekolah dan tahap motivasi guru sebagai perantara terhadap tahap penguasaan murid di kluster Sekolah Amanah di Malaysia. Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti pengaruh amalan pengurusan berdasarkan Standard Amalan Sekolah Amanah terhadap motivasi guru dan tahap penguasaan murid Sekolah Amanah. Reka bentuk kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan kaedah tinjauan. Seramai 209 guru dari 14 buah Sekolah Amanah kohort 2016 seluruh Malaysia terlibat dalam kajian ini. Analisis Faktor Penerokaan (EFA) digunakan untuk pengurangan data dan pengesanan struktur bagi setiap pemboleh ubah. This study aims to develop a comprehensive and evidence-based crisis prevention model for addressing non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) behaviour among adolescents in GuangXi, China. The Design and Development Research (DDR) was used which includes three phases. The phase one is to understand the characteristics of adolescents' NSSI Behaviour and the need to prevent NSSI Behaviour; questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were used to investigate 2344 adolescents and 84 stakeholders in Guangxi. In phase two, literature analysis, semi-structured interviews and nominal group techniques were used to determine the main components of the NSSI crisis prevention model. Based on the opinions of 27 experts, the DEMATEL-TAISM method was used to construct the model. In phase three, the evaluation of 15 experts was collected. The main objective of this study is to examine the effect of perceived organisational support (POS), perceived co-worker support (PCWS), and job embeddedness (JE) on employee retention (ER) in Malaysian private universities. The respondents are fulltime academic staff working at Malaysian private universities. The stratified sampling technique was used to collect data for this study. The results of the pre-testing and pilot study are satisfactory. All data had been analysed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 16 and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings of this study indicated that the total and direct effects of POS on ER are significant (p < 0.05). It can be concluded that JE partially mediates the relationship between POS and ER. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya keibubapaan dan faktor kewangan keluarga terhadap tingkah laku prososial awal kanak-kanak di kecamtan Pringgarata, kabupaten Lombok Tengah, NTB Indonesia. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah tinjauan (Survey Method). Seramai 144 orang ibu bapa daripada empat TK di daerah Pringgarata dipilih sebagai sampel kajian menggunakan kaedah persampelan rawak mudah. Dapatan data kajian diperoleh menggunakan tiga jenis instrumen soal selidik. Instrumen soal selidik ini dibina dengan penelitian terhadap kesahan dan kebolehpercayaan item-item di dalam instrumen dengan pengawalan ancaman kesahan dalaman dan kesahan luaran. Al-Quran mempunyai perkataan i’rab yang pelbagai. Sebagai umat Islam, kita perlu mengetahui maksud al-Quran yang dibaca. Oleh itu, penguasaan pengetahuan ilmu nahu merupakan perkara asas dalam mempelajari maksud ayat al-Quran. Dalam ilmu nahu terdapat cabang-cabang ilmu khusus antaranya ialah bab i’rab. Terdapat sebahagian pembaca al-Quran yang mengalami kekeliruan dalam menentu dan memahami makna ayat-ayat yang dibaca khususnya kepada yang menuntut ilmu bahasa Arab. The objective of this study is to develop species-specific environmental DNA (eDNA) markers for Cichla spp. based on mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase I (COI) gene sequences. Validation of the developed species-specific eDNA markers were done exsitu for environmental sample from Tasik Raban. New digital PCR (dPCR) method was also employed to detect the presence of Cichla ocellaris, and Cichla kelberi in environmental water samples. Result from this study showed that COI gene can be used to develop species-specific markers for species Cichla. Ex-situ validation results also showed that the developed markers CO1 amplified specifically to specimen C. ocellaris while CK1 amplified directly to specimen of C. kelberi.
