This research aimed to propose a benchmarking decision matrix for the Active Queue Management (AQM) methods of network congestion control based on multi-criteria analysis to aid the developers of AQM methods to make the right decision of selecting the best AQM method. In this study, an experiment was conducted on the basis of several stages. First, decision matrix was proposed for selecting suitable AQM methods based on multi criteria (performance, process overhead and configuration), with each criterion has several sub criteria (Throughput, Mean Queue Length, Drop Rate, Packet Loss, Delay, Time, Space, Estimated Calculation, Sensitivity). In addition, six AQM methods of alternatives were used. The participation of external stakeholders in pedagogical activities in higher education has increased in recent years, and this is because such involvement can potentially improve student learning outcomes. However, the strategies and processes have yet to be adequately explored and documented, especially in the context of the Malaysian university. This paper presents a case regarding how the external stakeholders were involved in the design and implementation of an experiential learning project for an elective module in Diploma programmes of Raffles University, Malaysia based on a pedagogical model. This model consists of three major phases: (1.) initiation and design; (2.) execution; and (3.) evaluation and review. Beberapa kajian mendapati instruksi pengajaran melalui perisian aplikasi teknologi maklumat dan komunikasi masih berpaksi pada pengajaran dan pembelajaran konvensional. Maka, kajian  ini bertujuan meningkatkan penggunaan perisian aplikasi teknologi maklumat dan komunikasi dalam  Pendidikan Seni Visual berasaskan gaya belajar visual di sekolah rendah. Peserta kajian terdiri  daripada 34 orang murid sekolah rendah Tahap 2 dan lima (5) orang guru yang terlibat secara  langsung dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran Pendidikan Seni Visual di sekolah yang dipilih dalam  kajian ini. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melibatkan pemerhatian, temu bual, dan  hasil karya murid. Kaedah triangulasi digunakan untuk menganalisis data secara sepadu dan  meyakinkan. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penglibatan gengsterisme dalam kalangan murid India di sekolah menengah. Secara khususnya, kajian ini meninjau hubungan taraf sosioekonomi keluarga dan pengaruh rakan sebaya yang mendorong kegiatan gengsterisme murid India. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan reka bentuk kajian tinjauan telah digunakan dalam kajian ini. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik persampelan bertujuan melibatkan 234 orang murid India tingkatan 1, 2 dan 4 dari 7 buah sekolah menengah harian di Wilayah Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur. Tiga jenis instrumen kajian digunakan iaitu Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA), Instrument Kuppuswamy Scale of Family Socioeconomic Status (1976) dan Instrument Attitudes Toward Gangs (ATG). This study aimed at assessing the usage of Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) for effective teaching and learning of financial accounting in senior secondary schools in Benue state, Nigeria. The study employed a descriptive survey design. Based on the available literature, 33 item questionnaires for financial accounting teachers and 33 item questionnaires for financial accounting students using a four-point rating scale was developed and used for the study. The respondents were 62 financial accounting teachers and 180 financial accounting students in zone B senatorial district of Benue state. The entire population of the financial accounting teachers was adopted as its size is manageable while a multi-stage sampling technique was used to obtain the population of financial accounting students. Tujuan kajian ini untuk mengenal pasti tahap penguasaan dan pencapaian pembelajaran murid permainan bola baling dalam Pendidikan Jasmani Tingkatan 2 melalui Standard Pentaksiran Holistik (SPH) menggunakan pengajaran Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU). Kajian ini terbahagi dua fasa iaitu fasa pembinaan dan fasa keberkesanan instrumen. Reka bentuk kajian ini berupa kaedah pra eksprimen – kajian kes sekali bagi kedua-dua fasa. Keputusan mendapati tahap penguasaan dan pencapaian murid mengikut kategori sekolah dan jantina pada Tahap Penguasaan 5 dan memperoleh pencapaian baik. The study investigated vocational educators’ competencies required for job performance. Four questions gave credence to the study, and one reasonable guess. A descriptive survey design was adopted. A population of 127 vocational and technical educators’ participated in the study. Cronbach alpha technique was used for reliability coefficients of 0.84. The questionnaire was validated by three experts. Mean and standard deviation answered the research questions, while a t-test was used for the hypothesis at an alpha level of 5 percent. The finding revealed that vocational and technical educators require pedagogical, problem solving, and internet networking competencies to a very high extent for their job performance, and vocational and technical educators’ competencies were not influenced by gender. Implementing the Common European Framework or CEFR in English as a Second Language learning in the Malaysian education system is the focus of this paper. CEFR is a generally established international standard for depicting language proficiency. It is also extensively recognised in Europe and is becoming more widely accepted globally; it is now incorporated into the Malaysian education system. The CEFR provides thorough descriptions of what foreign or second language learners can perform in listening, speaking, reading, and writing at six proficiency levels. Thus the methodology used in this paper is qualitative through review documents specifically on past studies from 2015 to 2021 highlighting CEFR implementation. Within the purview of educational settings, students possess some unique traits which make them react in an unexpected manner to the learning environment. Students are not only unique in terms of personality characteristics, family background, age and gender, they also showed diverse states of mind and enthusiastic reactions to the environment. Therefore, this study modelled the Big Five personality traits and academic achievement of students in Lagos State, Nigeria. A non-experimental design of scale development research type was adopted. A sample of 480 senior secondary school III students selected through multi-stage sampling procedure across the education districts 2 of Lagos State. Kajian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan penanaman koko di Pahang Barat antara tahun 1930 - 1957. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan reka bentuk analisis dokumen dan manuskrip digunakan dalam kajian ini. Sumber utama diperolehi dari Arkib Negara Malaysia dengan merujuk fail-fail kolonial British seperti Pahang Annual Report, District Office Files, Secretariat Files of Pahang dan fail-fail kerajaan Pahang manakala sumber sekunder pula adalah dikumpul daripada jurnal, buku dan majalah koko. Dapatan kajian ini menunjukkan pengenalan tanaman koko di Pahang Barat oleh pihak British disebabkan faktor kesesuaian tanah, keluasan daan iklim yang sesuai dengan tanaman koko.
