The healthcare industry is shifting towards customer-focused similar to other service industries. This  study  aims  to  identify  the  elements  of  Akamtthinai,  analyze  the  legacy  of Akatthinai and assess the highlights of Akam literature influence found in Tamil song lyrics  composed by Vaali, featured in Vaali 1000 Tamil song anthology.  This study uses qualitative  approach based on the library method and text analysis method. The Theory of  Akatthinai  pioneered   by Tholkaappiyar  was  used  to  carry out  this  study. The findings show that there are 673 of  the 1000 songs composed by Vaali have the elements   of   Akatthinai.   Of   the   total,   279    songs   were   composed   based   on Kurinjitthinai,  161  songs  composed  based  on   Mullaitthinai,  132  songs  composed based  on  Maruthatthinai,  58  songs  composed  based  on   Neythalthinai  and  44  songs composed based on Paalaitthinai. Kajian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengenal  pasti  pengaruh  faktor  penerimaan  teknologi, budaya    organisasi   dan   kualiti   perkhidmatan    terhadap    aplikasi   perkhidmatan 1BestariNet dalam kalangan guru sekolah rendah di Pulau Pinang.  Kajian kuantitatif ini   menggunakan  soal  selidik  yang  telah  diedarkan  kepada  314  orang  responden secara  rawak   sistematik.  Data  telah dianalisis  menggunakan statistik  deskriptif  dan inferens. This study is intended to investigate  the literary achievement and the  graceful style reflected  in  Nalan’s  poetry  works  based  on  Wong  Guowei’s  literary  criticism.  In  addition, the influencing factors that formed the aesthetic features in Nalan’s poetries are also  the focus of this study. The methodology of interpretation applied here  are Hermeneutics,  Aesthetic of Reception and Kant’s Aesthetics with the aim to correlate the beauty of his poetries  with the personal background of the poet and the era of Qing Dynasty. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of human resource (HR) practices namely training, career development, performance appraisal and compensation on teachers’ job satisfaction. Quantitative correlational method was used and data were collected by using questionnaires from teachers pursuing their studies in a public university in Malaysia. The samples were selected by using simple random sampling technique. Upon receiving 148 returned questionnaires, data was cleaned and missing values were amputated by using mean. Data were then analysed by using multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study revealed that teachers were generally satisfied (mean>3.69) with all of the HR practices.
