This study is conducted to gain insight knowledge and discover the suitability of the first principle in Takmilah Theory that is the Divine Principle with Kamal’s characteristic on the novel The Missing Piece (Part I and II) written by Fatimah Busu. Taking into consideration Takmilah Theory as a piece of Islamic literature theory, this study will identify the image and Islamic awareness that fulfill the needs and meaning of the theory’s first principle. The Missing Piece (Part I and II) is choosen after the researcher finds that the author potrays many elements related to Islamic awareness together with Malay culture elements (specifically Kelantanese culture). The purposed of this study is to investigate form six students’ misconception towards the concept of chemical bonding. A questionnaire with a fifteen matching items and seventeen two-tier questions was administered to fifty students from three schools in Perak. Results showed that students had many misconceptions especially on properties of atoms which form metallic and covalent bonding, how covalent bonding was formed, the types of covalent bonding and polarity of bonding. This study is aimed at exploring the mental visualization of Biology students when they are given the abstract concept of Osmosis. The objectives of this study are to describe the mental visualization, to identify the different mental visualization and to depict the information processing in generating the mental visualization of these students of the abstract concept of Osmosis. Ten form four students were selected using the purposive stratified sampling method. They were categorized into two groups, the high achievers and the low achievers based on their previous Science and Biology examination results. The instruments used in this study include a task on the concept of Osmosis, semi structured interview and the researcher’s audit trail. The Critical and Creative Thinking Skill (KBKK) is one of the most important elements in Integrated Curriculum Secondary School (KBSM). Since students are required to master the creativity skil, this research was conducted to determine the relationship between students? level of creativity with physics level of achievement. Some 205 form four students in Hulu Selangor took part in this research as the respondens. A questionnaire that consists of three sections was used to collect data. The study was carried out to get clear insights on the completion of students’ portfolios, the extent of assistance given to the students and factors that influenced the students in completing the portfolios. It involved the Form Five students in a secondary school in Hilir Perak, Perak. The study used the qualitative method of an intrinsic case study. There were four students and a teacher adviser selected for the study. Data were collected using observations, interviews and document analysis. Observations were conducted on the Art Room and school’s sorrounding area. Document analysis was based on the Guide Book for the Implementation and Evaluation of the Coursework for Visual Art Education and students’ portfolios. The main objective of this research is to review the effect of plyometric training administered for six weeks period in order to produce power and the quickness of the leg among 13 and 14 years old soccer player in Malacca. Beside, this research is to review the changes that occur in six weeks training period. For that reason two additional test had been done beside pre and post test in second week and the fourth week. It was done in Malacca Sport School that is Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seri Kota. The test subject consist of 33 footballer aged 13 and 14 years old. Major reason for this research being conducted was to identify pupils’ weaknesses in constructing essays, hence provide the alternative to improve the quality of essay writing of the Year 5 pupils. This research was based on quantitative method utilizing questionnaires and evaluation on essays. This research was to determine the agility level among players of different playing positions in netball through agility training. Subjects for this research were divided into experimental and control group with 15 players for each group. The experiment group went through the Angle-Board Drills-Side-to-side Skier and Zigzag-Cone Drills training for six weeks. All subjects went through the Quadrant Jump and 10 Meter Shuttle Run agility test before and after intervention. Data was analysed with SPSS version 11.5 using Independent Sample T-Test and One Way ANOVA. The mean level for jumping agility of the experimental group showed significant improvement from (18.5 ± 1.9) to (21.9 ± 2.3) and for running agility from (13.5 ± 0.8) to (13.1 ± 0.9) after training. Besides that, there were significant differences among playing positions for the Quadrant Jump, F (df=2,12, p≤0.05)=0.03 and the 10 Meter Shuttle Run Test, F (df=2,12, p≤0.05)=0.10. Kajian ini dijalankan untuk menilai keberkesanan kaedah pembelajaran aktif dalam meningkatkan pencapaian akademik, minat, motivasi dan interaksi sosial pelajar bagi mata pelajaran Ekonomi Asas Tingkatan Empat berbanding dengan kaedah tradisional ‘chalk-and-talk’. Instrumen kajian yang digunakan ialah Ujian Pra dan Ujian Pencapaian, rancangan mengajar harian dan soal selidik. Kajian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan reka bentuk eksperimen kuasi. Responden kajian terdiri daripada 64 orang pelajar Tingkatan Empat di sebuah sekolah menengah Daerah Kinta Selatan, Perak. Seramai 34 orang pelajar dari sebuah kelas dijadikan kumpulan rawatan yang mengikuti aktiviti-aktiviti pembelajaran aktif, sementara 30 orang pelajar dari satu kelas lagi dijadikan kumpulan kawalan yang mengikuti kaedah tradisional ‘chalk-and-talk’.
