Prestasi kemahiran motor asas murid negeri Pahang yang telah melalui proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani tahap satu

Kajian ini bertujuan mengetahui prestasi kemahiran motor asas murid sekolah negeri Pahang yang telah melalui proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Tahap Satu (tahun satu, dua dan tiga) sebagaimana yang ditentukan dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Jasmani KBSR serta mengetahui keberkesanan pengaruh gender, lokasi dan pencapaian kemahiran motor asas di Sekolah Projek. Sebanyak 379 sampel (192 lelaki, 187 perempuan) terdiri daripada murid tahun empat dipilih secara rawak dari sekolah seluruh negeri Pahang. Kajian ex-post facto ini menggunakan ujian lapangan dengan satu bateri ujian yang mengandungi lima ujian iaitu Larian Zig-zag (r= 0.953), Lompat Jauh Berdiri (r= 0.974), Imbangan Bangau (r= 0.836), Lantunan Bola Ke Dinding (r= 0.915) dan Memukul Bola Sotbol (r= 0.934). Semua data mentah ditukar kepada data kuantitatif dalam bentuk skor-T dan dianalisis menggunakan Ujian-t Sampel Tidak Bersandar. The Hooray! Hooray! ABC the evaluation of mobile application for Preschool Students

Mobile applications are now being used for 21st-century learning, including alphabet learning. There are numerous mobile application products for online learning, particularly those relating to the alphabet ABC. It was revealed that previous mobile applications did not provide interactive activities that suited preschool students. Therefore, this study aims to develop Hooray! Hooray! ABC for learning the alphabet. This study employed Design and Development Research (DDR) as the research design, which is divided into three phases: Phase I - the needs of the application; Phase II - the design and development; and Phase III - the evaluation. ADDIE model is used as the instructional design to design and develop the mobile application. Two experts were chosen to validate the application. Exposure to the palm industry begins in the early stages of secondary school, highlighted through the agricultural sector topic in the geography subject syllabus. However, the information provided about the palm industry is insufficient to give young learners adequate exposure. Kajian ini bertujuan mengukur keberkesanan pendekatan gamifikasi mudah alih berasaskan aplikasi Quizizz dalam meningkatkan minat dan pencapaian murid Tahun Lima dalam Nombor Bulat dan Operasi Asas Matematik di tiga buah SJKT di daerah Kinta Selatan, Perak. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk kuasi-eksperimental yang melibatkan 30 orang murid dalam kumpulan eksperimen dan 30 orang murid dalam kumpulan kawalan. Data dikumpulkan melalui soal selidik minat murid terhadap aplikasi Quizizz dan satu set soalan ujian pra dan pos (pencapaian) yang mengandungi 40 item soalan aneka pilihan. Pengukuran deskriptif digunakan bagi menilai sama ada terdapat perkaitan antara gamifikasi mudah alih dengan pencapaian dan minat murid. Tahap pendidikan multibudaya dalam kalangan guru sekolah rendah di Negeri Sembilan

Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk melihat tahap pengetahuan, pelaksanaan dan kepentingan pendidikan multibudaya dalam kalangan guru sekolah rendah di Negeri Sembilan. Reka bentuk kajian ini berdasarkan pendekatan penyelidikan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kaedah survei. Kajian survei ini menggunakan soal selidik yang telah diadaptasi iaitu Borang Soal Selidik Kajian Pendidikan Multibudaya sebagai instrumen utama bagi mengumpul data berkaitan kajian ini. Kaedah persampelan rawak berstrata telah digunakan di mana 927 orang guru sekolah kebangsaan daripada 103 buah sekolah di seluruh daerah di Negeri Sembilan telah dipilih sebagai responden. Indek kebolehpercayaan Alpha Cronbach bagi soal selidik bagi mengukur semua aspek dalam kajian ini adalah antara 0.742 hingga 0.934. The development of a CEFR aligned English Listening and Speaking Skills Module for Preschool Teachers

The purpose of this study was to develop The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages aligned English Listening and Speaking Skills Module for Preschool Teachers using the Design and Development Research Approach. The study was conducted in three phases, namely the needs analysis, design and development, and evaluation. For the need analysis, a questionnaire was distributed to 368 Ministry of Education preschool teachers. The findings concluded that there was a need to develop a CEFR aligned English Listening and Speaking Skills Module. The second phase was to design and develop a CEFR aligned English Listening and Speaking Skills Module using Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM). The 14 expert panels reached the agreement on the module objectives, teaching strategies, teaching techniques, activities, teaching resource materials, and assessment methods. Teacher education institutions bear the responsibility of equipping pre-service students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to become responsible users of technology. The social challenges associated with technology usage necessitate teacher support, with a specific focus on digital citizenship education. This research endeavor aims to examine the understandings, perspectives, and experiences of digital citizenship among preservice teachers through project-based learning approach. The study adopts a case study design, utilizing an interview instrument to gather data from twenty pre-service teachers who were purposefully sampled from Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta and enrolled into a digital citizenship course. Investigating developing and validating rubrics for Teacher\s Self-Efficacy and Teaching Competency in drug education

The objectives of the study were to investigate the Teacher's Self-Efficacy (TSE) and Teaching Competency (TC) of classroom teachers in drug education, to examine whether the TSE and TC are influenced by gender, age, academic qualification, and years of teaching experience, to develop the rubrics for TSE and TC, and to validate the rubrics for TSE and TC in drug education. The methodology used in this study was a mixed-methods approach using the ADDIE Model to develop a rubric. The descriptive statistics and MANOVA were performed on the analysis data with a significant level of .05. There were 389 participants, which consisted of classroom teachers in public secondary schools in Kelantan and educational experts from three public universities in Malaysia. Effects of organizational commitment, employee motivation and employee participation on employee performance in the United Arab Emirates banking sector

This study aimed to investigate the effects of organizational commitment, employee motivation, and employee participation on employee performance in the United Arab Emirates banking sector and examine the mediating effects of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation as well as the moderating effect of employee participation on relationships. Using a simple random sampling technique, a sample of 350 UAE bank employees was selected. This study adopted a quantitative approach and questionnaires were used to collect data from the respondents. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to analyse the data. The findings revealed that at 0.05 significance level, affective commitment (β=0.408, t-value=6.840, p=0.001), continuance commitment (β=0.223, t-value=4.914, p=0.001), intrinsic motivation (β=0.174, tvalue= 2.344, p=0.001), and extrinsic motivation (β=0.185, t-value=2.912, p=0.001) have significant and positive effects on employee performance, but not .....

Blended learning is the integration of digital tools in supplement to teachers’ teaching in class. Although blended learning has been implemented in higher institutions for decades, blended learning has only been practised in Malaysian secondary schools since Movement Control Order (MCO). Teachers have started using technological platforms such as Google Meet, Google Classroom, YouTube, WhatsApp and Telegram to share information with students heavily since most of the daily lessons could only take place using online platforms at that time. Due to that, there are not many studies on the use of blended learning among secondary school students.
