The main purpose of this study was to develop an empirically substantiated Principal Change Leadership Competency (PCLC) Model. The study also aspired to identify the relationship between PCLC and Teachers’ Change Beliefs (TCB), TCB and Teachers’ Attitudes toward Change (TATC). Further, the study also intended to ascertain the relationships among PCLC, TCB and TATC. Structural Equation Modeling was applied to test the model. A total of 936 teachers from 47 High Performing Secondary School in Malaysia completed the survey. The analysis yielded a four-factor PCLC Model namely, Goal Framing; Capacity Building; Defusing Resistance and Conflict; and Institutionalizing. The finding shows that PCLC Model will benefit educational practitioners in planning, designing, implementing and evaluating future training and development programs for school principals. Kajian ini bertujuan menilai pelaksanaan kurikulum Pendidikan Jasmani (PJ) Tingkatan 4 bagi tunjang kecergasan fizikal di sekolah menengah daerah Gombak, Selangor. Penilaian adalah berdasarkan kepada Model penilaian Stufflebeam (2000) iaitu dari dimensi konteks, sumber, proses, dan hasil. Data dikumpul melalui soal selidik, temu bual (senarai semak berstruktur), pemerhatian (senarai semak berstruktur), analisis dokumen (senarai semak), dan temubual open ended question. Kajian ini melibatkan 50 orang guru opsyen PJ sebagai responden. Dapatan kajian bagi dimensi konteks menunjukkan pengetahuan guru PJ adalah pada tahap sederhana (M=3.57; SP=0.53), tetapi pengetahuan tentang matlamat (M=3.67;SP=0.34) dan objektif (M=3.76;SP=0.64) adalah pada tahap tinggi. AThis research aimed to develop a new model for estimation problems of Cobb-Douglas production function. Specifically, the researcher focused on the problems of outliers and multicollinearity, and on solutions that were proposed to deal with these issues simultaneously. The Cobb-Douglas production function was usually fitted by first linearizing the models through logarithmic transformation and then applying the method of least squares. However the log transformation process did not get rid of all the outliers and multicollinearity problems. These problems appeared to have wide repercussions. The failure of the formal banking sector to provide financial services in rural areas in the supply of credit to rural communities to engage in economic activities that may promote rural development is recurring on the development agenda as a persistent issue. In line with the above, it becomes necessary to carry out a study on the impact of financial inclusion on rural development in Nigeria. The study employed Johansen cointegration, Error Correction Model (ECM), and Granger causality test methods of analyses on data collected from the Central Bank of Nigeria and World Bank database from 1981 to 2022 to ascertain both the long and short-run relationships among the variables. The result revealed that both the short and long-run relationships confirmed the significant impact of financial inclusion on rural development in Nigeria. This study aims to determine the influence of the manhaji method: nahwu sharaf guidance by reciting in learning Arabic (reading aspect) of the Al Mizan Muhammadiyah Lamongan Islamic Boarding School. The subject of this study is the 2nd grade of Diniyah Islamic Boarding School Al Mizan Muhammadiyah Lamongan. The problem experienced is the factor that students cannot read Arabic in learning Arabic using the manhaji method. The participants are undergraduate students studying Islamic Studies at Ekiti State University Ado Ekiti. To collect data, a questionnaire is used on whether Arabic students use their mobile phones as educational tools while learning, reading Arabic aspect of Islamic Studies and how they give the interpretation.
