Kajian ini bertujuan mengenal pasti kesediaan guru terhadap perlaksanaan Kurikulum Reka Bentuk Dan Teknologi (Semakan 2017) di sekolah rendah. Reka bentuk tinjauan telah digunakan dalam kajian ini. Pemilihan sampel kajian dijalankan secara rawak melibatkan guru mata pelajaran RBT dari 38 buah sekolah di daerah Bera. Soal selidik mengandungi 3 bahagian, iaitu profil demografi responden, kesediaan guru RBT dan pelaksanaan kurikulum Reka Bentuk Dan Teknologi (semakan 2017) oleh guru RBT. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan kekerapan, min, peratusan dan sisihan piawai bagi menjelaskan ketiga-tiga bahagian dalam soal selidik. Analisis deskriptif menjelaskan demografi serta kesediaan guru dari segi pengetahuan, kemahiran, sikap dan minat dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum RBT (Semakan 2017). This paper reviews and analyses 41 empirical studies examining the effects of internal corporate governance attributes on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) information by companies in Iraq. The inductive approach used in this paper entails the surveying, studying, comparing and summarizing of all papers published in prominent journals in the past seven years. By reviewing 41 empirical studies, this current study obtained mixed results ranging from Positive and negative statistically significant to statistically insignificant relationships, depending on the CSRD measures, sample selection and corporate governance attributes. The researchers also found that CG and CSR disclosure have a more positive relationship (57.80 %) than Negative and significant relationship (15.47%). This paper primarily examines the link between the environmental disclosure of industrial companies in Iraq and their financial performance. The inductive approach used in this paper entails surveying, studying, comparing and summarizing all papers published in prominent accounting journals in the past nineteen years. The paper found that environmental disclosure is weak in Iraq compared to developing countries in the analyzed studies. It also found that financial performance and environmental disclosure have a more positive relationship (61.29%) than negative (38.71%). The researchers used the accountability theory as a new theory in determining the link between both variables. Hence, this paper attempts to determine the link between environmental disclosure and financial performance among industrial companies in Iraq using the accountability theory. This study aims to explore the best approach for teacher in immediate interaction with children in early childhood education (ECE) centers in Kota Banda Aceh. It is also to examine how teachers and children interact as sociological contexts, as well as teacher communication and expectations in the teaching and learning process. Ten teachers from four early childhood education centers were selected as respondents. The qualitative analysis approach used in this study utilizes interviews, observations and documentation in data collection. Data validation uses triangulation and comparison techniques and critical analysis techniques as data analysis techniques. This study tries to find out about the results of ten teachers in taking an approach to children in phase, 0-2 years, 2-4 years, and 4-6 years in the learning program as the best approach for teachers in improving teaching and learning quality in ECE centers from Kota Banda Aceh. The current problem in chemistry education is the lack of creative teaching in a chemistry classroom. There is a lack of exploration in learning experiences that engage students in realistic, thought-provoking problems, working with others, and applying their knowledge, skills, and creativity to find solutions to real-world problems. One of the biggest challenges for Malaysian secondary chemistry education is that few guidelines or models exist regarding teaching chemistry creatively in the classroom. Therefore, this paper provided a systematic and analytical strategy in mapping out and offering a critical review on design thinking in education. Overall, this study recognized the gains that can be made from utilizing Design Thinking in education, especially in the global quest of teaching 21st-century skills, and had recommended using Design Thinking in the Lesson plan and Project-Based Learning. Kajian ini bertujuan menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi amalan pentaksiran guru di dalam bilik darjah. Faktor-faktor yang ingin dikenal pasti ialah konsepsi pentaksiran dan personaliti guru. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan soal selidik sebagai instrumen. Seramai 330 orang guru tahap satu dipilih sebagai responden melalui persampelan rawak berkadar. Sebanyak 30 daripada 68 buah sekolah rendah daerah Gombak, Selangor dipilih melalui persampelan rawak mudah. Data dianalisis melalui statistik deskripsi dan inferens. Dapatan deskripsi menunjukkan bahawa 6 daripada 10 subkonstruk didapati berada pada tahap yang tinggi. Analisis korelasi pearson menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan, positif dan kuat antara konsepsi pentaksiran dengan amalan pentaksiran (r=0.615,p=0.00). Namun begitu, hubungan yang signifikan, positif dan sederhana berlaku di antara personaliti dengan amalan pentaksiran (r=0.333,p=0.00) dan personaliti dengan konsepsi .....

Students at risk of dropping out intervention program are a proactive step taken by Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE) (2018) in addressing the problem. Guidance and counseling teachers has been given responsibility as a planner and executor in this program. This study using quantitative approach which is a survey of 100 respondents among the guidance and counseling teachers who teach in secondary school only. The purpose of this study is to validate the instrument of Accountability among Guidance and Counseling Teachers for Students at Risk of Dropping out Intervention Program based on four components which are Define; Manage; Deliver and; Assess using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). The EFA results found that all factor loadings were greater than 0.55 meaning that all items were received and no items were dropped. The main objective of this study is to identify the similarities and differences between Malay and Tamil tradition of shadow-play. The design of this study is qualitative in nature using descriptive analysis methods based on Comparative literature theory. The researcher had collected and studied the similarities and differences in the Malay and Tamil tradition shadow-play. The findings of the study show that Malay and Tamil tradition of shadow-play have significant similarities in terms of story and form of puppets as the shadow-play in Malaysia have Hindu influences from Java or Pattani. However, many Malay shadow-plays have also been adapted and adopted to the culture and tastes of the local community, especially with the comic relief, that is often found throughout the Malay tradition of the shadow-play, as a local element.
