The adoption of STEP-NC on CNC machines has been one of the most enduring difficulties in daily operations. It is not outside of the realm of possibility to put this solution into practice by techniques that are indirect, interpretative, or adaptive. In this implementation, the interpreted approachs performance was noticeably better than the indirect methods. In this particular field, a substantial amount of investigation still needs to be carried out. This investigation focuses on a better interpreted STEP-NC programming paradigm, and a novel data interpretation approach along with algorithm design are presented. Forests are vital in combating climate change by storing and sequestrating CO2 from the atmosphere. Measuring the influence of land use/land cover (LULC) changes on the capacity of carbon storage (CS) within forest ecosystems presents a significant challenge. This study employs remote sensing techniques to examine the changes in spatiotemporal patterns of CS in the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT), resulting from LULC alterations between 1996 and 2021. LULC change patterns were identified for six different years utilizing the Google Earth Engine (GEE). The Integrated Valuation of Ecosystem Services and Tradeoffs (InVEST) model was combined with GEE to evaluate the changing patterns of CS. The study discovered that the CHT region experienced a loss of 21.65 106 Mg of CS, owing to a 21% reduction in vegetation cover (2862.85 km^2) during the study period. The aim of the present study was to extract of Polyalthia sclerophylla leave (LPS) and identify its chemical constituents using Gas chromatography-Mass (GS-Mass) spectrometry and classical phytochemicals methods. This study included as well the evaluated of the bio-medical properties of LPS using antibacterial (against six bacteria species) and cytotoxicity (M-63 human cell line) activities. Three different solvent system i.e. methanol (MeOH), dichloromethane (DCM) and hexane were used to extract the LPS, three samples were obtained and labelled as MLPS, DLPS, and HLPS, respectively, and evaluated their biomedical activities. Phytochemical screening results showed to present glycosides and terpenoids in MLPS, DLPS, and HLPS, while alkaloids did not detect the presence in all extracts. Based on the theories of professional identity and emotional labor, this study investigates the mediating role of emotional labor in the relationship between self-professional identity and labor productivity among front-line employees in hotels. Drawing upon a validated scale, a survey was conducted with 238 front-line employees working in high-star hotels to examine the impact mechanism of self-professional identity on labor productivity. The findings reveal that self-professional identity significantly and positively influences labor productivity among hotel front-line employees. Self-professional identity is identified as the antecedent variable of emotional labor, whereby it enhances the deep acting of front-line staff while reducing surface acting and improving natural acting. Emotional labor acts as an intermediary between self-professional identity and labor productivity. Internal factors and external factors are used to measure the performance of higher education institutions. Internal factors include those whose criteria come from within the organization, while external factors are those whose criteria come from outside the organization. Of these two factors, measurement criteria that can help in decision-making about the development and expansion of higher education competence, including financial criteria, are needed. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of the use of social media as a medium to deliver awareness on environmental issues among the community in Malaysia. A survey with a questionnaire was used in the quantitative approach used in this research. The study sample, which employed a simple random sampling technique, consisted of 400 members of the Malaysian population. There was a combination of descriptive (mean, percentage) and inferential (regression) analysis. According to the study's findings, the majority of respondents use the Facebook social network to learn about environmental concerns. Furthermore, the linear regression analysis revealed that system quality, service quality, and information quality all had a significant role in customer satisfaction. The COVID-19 pandemic has unveiled profound deficiencies in global mental health care and prevention, posing a disproportionate threat to public health worldwide. Social isolation, a consequence of the pandemic, has strained the boundaries of human cooperation, giving rise to a spectrum of mental health challenges including stress, fear, grief, anxiety, and depression. This research empirically investigates the concept of social distance concerning individuals with mental health conditions while considering biopsychosocial determinants, notably social media influence and attitudes. A comprehensive analysis was conducted on a sample comprising 424 students from public universities along the eastern coast of Peninsular Malaysia. This study proposed a novel methodology of data acquisition systems (DASs) benchmarking based on fuzzy-weighted zero-inconsistency (FWZIC II) and fuzzy decision by opinion score method (FDOSM II), which are applied in an intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) context and account for hesitation when benchmarking DASs, to support industrial community characteristics in the design and implementation of advanced driver assistance systems in vehicles. BACKGROUND: Snail allergy is rare but can be fatal. Pila polita, a freshwater snail, was considered as a popular exotic food, particularly in tropical countries, and consumed in processed forms. Thus, the purpose of this study was to identify the major and cross-reactive allergens of P. polita and to determine the impact of food processing on the allergen stability. RESULTS: Sodium dodecyl sulfatepolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis fractionated raw snail extract to approximately 24 protein bands, between 9 and 245 kDa. The prominent band at 33 kDa was detected in all raw and processed snail extracts. Immunoblotting tests of the raw extract demonstrated 19 immunoglobulin E (IgE)-binding proteins, and four of them, at 30, 35, 42 and 49 kDa, were revealed as the major IgE-binding proteins of P. polita. Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry identified the 49 and 42 kDa major allergens as actin, whereas the 30 and 35 kDa major allergens were identified .....
