Kajian ini dijalankan untuk melihat potensi penggunaan media sosial sebagai bahan pengajaran dan pembelajaran dalam kalangan pelajar Pendidikan Islam di IPT yang terpilih. Kajian ini melibatkan 146 orang pelajar yang mengambil jurusan Pendidikan Islam di Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, Universiti Malaya, Universiti Islam Antarabangsa, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia dan Kolej Universiti Islam Selangor. Borang soal selidik digunakan sebagai instrumen dalam kajian ini. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensi. Analisis deskriptif melibatkan penggunaan media sosial dalam kalangan pelajar, persepsi pelajar terhadap sistem rangkaian media sosial sebagai bahan pdp, faktor penerimaan dan kepercayaan pelajar terhadap media sosial sebagai bahan pdp. Kajian ini bertujuan menentukan hubungan antara minat, pengetahuan dan kemahiran dalam kalangan pelajar Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) terhadap hasrat memulakan kerjaya keusahawanan dalam talian. Model Acara Keusahawanan Shapero (1982) telah digunakan sebagai asas kajian. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif secara kaedah tinjauan, di mana borang soal selidik digunakan sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Sampel kajian terdiri daripada 359 orang pelajar sarjana muda UiTM Puncak Alam. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferens. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dan positif yang sederhana antara minat (r=0.670), pengetahuan (r=0.571) dan kemahiran (r=0.666) pelajar dengan hasrat untuk memulakan kerjaya keusahawanan dalam talian pada aras signifikan 0.05. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengetahuan dan kesedaran ibu bapa tentang TASKA institusi berdaftar yang berkualiti. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan reka bentuk Hermeneutik telah digunakan dalam kajian ini. Kaedah yang digunakan untuk mengumpul data kajian ialah temu bual berstruktur dengan protocol instrumen. Seramai sepuluh orang ibu bapa yang menghantar anak-anak mereka untuk diasuh dan dididik di TASKA institusi berdaftar di daerah Kinta Utara, Perak telah mengambil bahagian dalam kajian ini. This study aimed to determine the response of cyanobacteria and macrophytes communities on selected nutrients in Slim River Lake ecosystem. The sampling was carried out twice a month at six sampling sites for 13 months for lake water and 12 months for stormwater runoff. Lake water level was measured monthly to develop a bathymetric map. Total phosphorus and total nitrogen concentration in lake water and stormwater runoff were analyzed using ascorbic acid and hydrazine reduction methods, respectively. Internal nutrients loading was calculated during five identified dry periods, while external nutrients loading was calculated at every storm event. Total chlorophyll-a of all phytoplankton taxa, cyanobacteria biomass, cyanobacteria biovolume, and total macrophyte abundance were also measured throughout the sampling period. The result indicated that Slim River Lake has a mean depth of 3.84 m. In-lake total phosphorus and total nitrogen concentrations were found to be significant.....

The objective of the study was to investigate and compare the acute metabolic response (energy expenditure (kcal), maximum volume of oxygen consumption (VO2max), respiratory exchange ratio (RER)) on Crossfit-based workout protocol and Tabata-based protocol. The study used a quasi-experimental method. 20 healthy and gym goer’s men aged 19-24 years old were involved in this study. Participants were assigned to perform Crossfit-based workout (“WOD” 17.1) and Tabata-based protocol with the same “WOD” with 80% 1RM dumbbell snatch and burpees box jump-over with 24 inch depth box equated based on total activity time for 14 minutes each within 90%-95% of maximum heart rate. The orders were randomize counterbalanced among the participants to avoid order effects. Paired sample t-test was conducted to compare the energy expenditure (kcal), VO2max, RER) between both protocol workouts.
