3231 | 2021 article | Usability evaluation of a Virtual Reality Interactive Music Appreciation Module (E-Marz) for Secondary School Zaharul Lailiddin Saidon Advancement in Virtual Reality (VR) technology can be benefited for educational purposes. This article reports on a study undertaken to evaluate the usability of a Virtual Reality (VR) Interactive Music Appreciation Module (E-Marz) for the Lower Secondary School. The study has employed the Design and Development Research (DDR) which comprised of three different phases as its methodology. E-Marz was developed systematically based on the m-ADDIE Model which include the Evaluation Phase. The objective of the evaluation phase was to measure the level of usability of the module by using the System Usability Scale Questionnaire given to the field experts and the Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire given to students as the end users. The findings of the evaluation phase showed that E-Marz had obtained a high level of usability based on the expert views and the surveys on students as end users. Moreover, motivation is a factor that influences patients to look for treatment possibilities, follow instructions of the treatment, and mainly make prosperous long-term changes.
Objective: The purposes of this study are to translate and validate the Malay version of the Treatment Motivation Questionnaire (TMQ) among opioid use disorders in Methadone treatment. This questionnaire is to study patient's motivation for entering treatment.
Method: Translation, back-translation, pilot testing, and validation of the final TMQ were all part of the four-phase technique for translating and validating generic questionnaires. The inter-correlation item and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient were used to assess the final TMQ's overall internal consistency.

In this study two types of software developed by the researcher have been used as teaching materials. The built-in multimedia is called Koswer Multimedia Interaktif Bahasa Melayu (KoMIBM) and Koswer Multimedia Bahasa Melayu (KoMBM). The respondents of the study consisted 60 students of year three and four from Sekolah Kebangsaan Pendidikan Khas program for hearing impairment in Malaysia. The data were collected through pre and posttest and analyzed using MANCOVA statistics. While the majority of prior study has largely focused on the benefits of mobile learning for students, there is currently a paucity of study on the usage of educational applications available on the market. Hence, this study attempts to explore Notability, an educational digital tool available in the iOS app store. This study used descriptive analysis to describe the idea of Notability and the qualities it provides. This study discovered that using Notability in calculus classes at the tertiary level is effective and provides an active learning environment. Furthermore, Notability provided instructors with the ability to deliver content quickly and effectively, whether synchronous or asynchronously. In addition, the Notability capabilities enable educators to employ technology tools and facilitate paperless classrooms.

3237 | 2021 article | The use of imported CEFR-aligned English language textbooks in Malaysian schools: issues and concerns Intan Safinas Mohd Ariff Albakri Imported English language textbooks were introduced in Malaysian schools as part of the Common European Framework Reference of Language (CEFR)’s roll-out in this country through the establishment of the Standards Based English Language Curriculum (SBELC), which is the official English language curriculum in Malaysia. However, concerns were raised with regards to the use of these textbooks. Despite advocates clamoring for the textbooks’ alignment to the CEFR and their contents, critiques were quick to point out their imbalanced cultural content, high lexical density, lack of supplementary materials, steep price point, ambiguous selection procedure, and fitness with the goals and objective of Malaysia’s language program and English curriculum. The overall perception of this sample and the correlation between factors of instruments, which are Interpersonal Comfort, Sex/Gender Beliefs, and Human Value are investigated in this research, as well. In this quantitative research, a cross-sectional, online survey questionnaire was participated by 209 students (S=209) which consisted of 53 males (25.36%) and 156 females (74.64%) from the Faculty of Human Development of UPSI participants through a Google Form link. 3239 | 2021 article | The screening of self-care behaviour among Chinese ethnic with heart failure in Malaysia Nor Firdous Mohamed This study aimed to determine the level of self-care behaviour among the Chinese ethnic with Heart Failure (HF) in Malaysia. A cross-sectional survey design was conducted with HF patients (N=80). The average age of participants was 61.39 years old (M = 61.39, SD = 15.88). Chinese version of Self-care Heart Failure Index version 6.2 were used in this study. Descriptive analysis such as mean and standard deviation were used to run the analysis. Current findings suggested that the self-care behaviour of Chinese ethnic HF patients in Malaysia is satisfactory adequate, with both self-care management and self-care confident having standardised scores of greater than 70. The studied population scored highest in self-care confidence. Hence, it is suggested that element of confidence is one of the important factors to be considered in future self-care interventions.
