Online interactive modules encourage active student involvement in the classroom and fulfil student needs of various levels of mastery during learning, because the modules can be accessed anywhere and anytime. The aim of this study was to conduct a need analysis to obtain the information from matriculation college lecturers for the purpose of developing game-based interactive modules among Matriculation Programme students. A survey was carried out to gain relevant information from 25 lecturers who teach Physics DP014 course at seven matriculation colleges. The questionnaire comprised primary constructs related to demographics, eliciting topics with the most difficulties, the need to develop a game-based interactive module, the use of the internet and electronic devices and the factors that make game-based interactive modules suitable for matriculation colleges. When Higher Education Institutions shifted to online learning due to COVID-19, student satisfaction significantly dropped. Study aimed to determine which of the variables significantly influenced the satisfaction in flexible learning. This research employed quantitative design and used, stratified random sampling to determine the 205 respondents who answered the two adapted research questionnaires. Frequency, Spearman’s Correlation, and Binary Logistic Regression were used to statistically treat the data. The study confirmed that majority of the students had access to strong internet connection, and they used mobile data to access internet connection. Study revealed that most of the students used both smartphone and laptop to attend flexible learning. The emergence of computers and their associated technologies has prompted educators to examine and transform their classroom practices to respond to the call for technology integration. Although there have been several ICT training initiatives conducted for teachers, ICT tools are not yet seamlessly integrated into the classrooms. This study aimed to find out the effectiveness of the Techmentoring program as a school-based ICT initiative among non-ICT teachers in basic education. This study utilized a one-group pretest-posttest quantitative research design to determine teachers’ attitudes and skills before and after the Techmentoring program along different phases of ICT uses which are familiarization, utilization, integration, reorientation, and evolution. Teachers have an important role to play in delivering quality education (SDG4). The quality of teaching that they deliver to students greatly affects them. This participatory action research (PAR) argues that there are gaps that need to be addressed in teaching effectiveness; (a) developing conceptual framework anchoring in common theory that served as a lens of the study, (b) measure it to ensure that students receive quality education and acquire the skills they need for national development, and (c) develop an assessment tool. Pendekatan kajian adalah kualitatif yang berbentuk kajian kes. Peserta kajian melibatkan dua orang kanak-kanak lelaki yang berusia 5 tahun, bersama ibu mereka dan guru kelas lima tahun. This study explored the online learning management experiences of college instructors during the COVID-19 crisis. This paper used a phenomenological research design and employed the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) as its data analysis method. A semi-structured interview was used to capture the lived experiences of the ten (10) college instructors from the selected schools in Central Visayas in the Philippines. After an intensive and careful analysis of the transcripts, three (3) significant themes from the teachers' perspectives emerged. They were: (a) the lows, (b) the highs, and (c) the gains from the online learning setup. The study revealed that learning management failure was due to poor grading bases since teachers were not sure whether the students were honest in answering their tasks.
