Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti elemen yang memberi impak kepada penggunaan sistem maklumat dalam organisasi serta hubungannya dengan kejayaan sistem. Selain daripada itu, kajian ini mencadangkan satu model yang dikenali sebagai Model Kejayaan Sistem Maklumat dalam Pengurusan Organisasi. Model ini mengandungi dua dimensi penjajaran iaitu penjajaran di antara pengguna, tugas dan teknologi (P&T-TF), dan penjajaran strategik di antara strategi sistem maklumat dengan strategi pengurusan organisasi (ISS-OMSF). Sampel dipilih secara rawak dari kalangan individu yang menggunakan Sistem Pengoperasian Data Secara Online (e-OPERASI). Mereka terdiri daripada penolong kanan, ketua panitia dan guru. The main intention of this research is to examine the content validity of Marine Engineer Personality Inventory or MEPI for student candidates of Diploma in Marine Engineering course at Malaysian Polytechnics by using Content Validity Ratio (CVR). The assessment was conducted through the evaluation among 14 subject matter experts (SME) selected via judgment sampling. Seven professional university experts involved with the expertise in psychology, psychometric, educational measurement, and linguistics. The field experts specializing in particular fields of study consisted of seven practitioners who worked in the polytechnics field and maritime industry. The instrument involved 288 items with six main constructs. The results of the research show that the instrument has a good content validity and proved that MEPI has great potential to be promoted as a good measurement instrument of personality screening for Marine Engineering student selection process. Artikel ini dihasilkan bagi membincangkan keupayaan murid sekolah rendah dalam menerokai bahasa pengaturcaraan visual. Bahasa pengaturcaraan visual sedang mula diperkenalkan di dalam kurikulum Tahun Enam di bawah Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Rendah (KSSR). Satu kajian berkaitan melibatkan pengumpulan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif telah dijalankan. Kaedah pengumpulan data kajian melibatkan proses pemerhatian ke atas subjek yang terdiri daripada sekumpulan 27 murid sekolah rendah berusia tujuh hingga dua belas tahun daripada pelbagai latar belakang dan pelbagai sekolah di sekitar Daerah Mualim. Kajian ini adalah untuk mengenalpasti komponen _ komponen, elemen _ elemen dan menghasilkan reka bentuk kerangka piawaian yang diperlukan dalam pembelajaran menggunakan Google Classroom sebagai medium pengajaran bagi kursus Urban Hortikultur berdasarkan kesepakatan pakar. Modul yang dipilih untuk kajian ini adalah modul pendawaian elektrik tiga fasa yang memfokuskan proses amali membentuk sesalur dan pembuluh logam dengan betul dan tepat.
